So here was a new guy named stonecrusher who was taking advice from me an diablo 2 bugs. I told him to make a thread and ask for help but then he said he was not able to make one. I said maybe it is because he had 0 posts but then he said he wasn't even able to post.
When i asked why his reply was :
''It still won't let me do anything they said that the supervisor did not give me any accetpance.''
What does that mean?

''Zubin, I've always imagined you as a crazy raver. The kinda guy that spends all night dancing to trance music while waving glow sticks and popping ecstasy.'' - Murderface
I had that same issue until a year or so after I originally found this site, an pow there I was able to make an account. It's probably in the forums program itself. Someone should look into that issue. I know some people get that response, and some don't.
We gotta make a change...
It's time for us as a people to start makin' some changes.
Let's change the way we eat, let's change the way we live
and let's change the way we treat each other.
You see the old way wasn't working so it's on us to do
what we gotta do, to survive. Tupac Shakur

It sounds likely that he didn't confirm his registration, as OTC suggests. Did he say whether he was able to properly log in?
Is he trying to post links and images in a post? Cause I think there are restrictions against members doing that if they don't have a first post yet. That's to help prevent the bots from leaving one post and then disappearing. So if it's not the former issues, you may want to tell him to introduce himself first. Then he should get just enough posts to start a thread with pictures and links (that is, if that was the problem).
