I have an extra willing to trade for any other Raekors if pants would like 2 socketed one but other stats as long as it has str or vit doesn't matter on the stats. Also will take a Leroics crown with str or vit with a socket. This is the first time I am trading something so if im asking to much I applogize. I play on PS4 so it would have to be for that,
Can console players even trade items? If so, why? Why can they, but PC players cant? I wish I could trade items... I have a stash tab full of Raekors. MoE, and IK that arent being used. 3 extra Raekors helms, pants, shoulders, you name it, I probably have a few of them, but we cant trade anything on PCs. Sorry, rant over.
I think I know why they can and PC cant.... bots. Virtually impossible to bot on a console, therefor you wont have people setting up websites to sell gear for real money. If there were a way to block botting 100% on a PC, then they could potentially reopen item trading on PC. But until that happens, we get stuck with 0 trading and 0 auction house while consoles get the pleasure of helping each other out. Almost makes me reconsider playing on PC and picking up an X1 version of the game instead.
I believe it's because the PC is the "pure" version. The console versions will be hacked, duped, etc. all over the place. I would think the console is the "casual" version of Diablo.

That is true, consoles do not require permanent internet connection and are flooded with dupes, so small trading acts will not affect a general casual non-competitive environment.
