As per subject, just want to asked if slow by chilling a control impairing effect?

I asked as I am playing a cold skilled monk now, frozen I know is one but slow from chill is the one I could not confirm.

Anyone can advice?

I've been told yes. The leg gem that gives plus dmg to impaired mobs has a slow at level 25. So it would make sense.

Yes, thunderfury proc activates the gem's ability.

Havent tested it out yet, but theese were my thoughts as well.

Ye i thought so too,the only problem is when i slow and snare mobs numbers stay the same when i freeze numbers rise a lot so imo the gem is working 50/50 .....

At least its not me that felt like the gem wasn't adding much.
