1) ante up , why not let us bet up to 50 blood shards on an item and increase the chances It can a legendary /set item , I don't know if people feels as frustrated as me when having 500 shards and gambling / salvaging 100(5 cost blood shard items ) can be really a pain in the ass.

2) with the release of goblin realms , gold seem to more easily farmed , I know we already can enchant one property of items , in the chase for perfect rolls , why not let us reroll one more property but only for example 5 cc to 6 cc , or 425 Str to 500 Str , 80Chd to 100 chd , meaning we are able to reroll one more property but only to the same genre and can either only get an improvement on the stat or the stat stays the same, but this should come at a very expensive price , 100 million gold? 20 forgotten souls?

Rerolling already lets you have extremely powerful weapons. Fine-tuning your stats is something you give up when you chose to roll a quadfecta.
The more often you can reroll a weapon the less interesting drops with good stats become.
