So I been farming on t6 and been joining public games and each time I join there's always a low level paragon, they just leech and don't even help the group. Can you please fix this.... just pisses me off sometimes.
Besides, Blizzard won't do anything about it. It's PUBLIC games - always has been a place with no rules and mainly self-control. Kindly ask people to leave, if they don't just kick them. It's one of the reasons why I never play in public games, always with friends and clan mates. If you're in an active clan there's no need to ever join public games.
Too be fair Paragon levels is not always a good way to judge how good you are
I was bashed before for being paragon 50-100 in public games T4 even though I could hold my own quite well. I don't get any flak now at 200+ para though. I also seen people advertising LFM for uber key farming on T6 and were requiring para 300+ when there is a lot of people who can farm T6 well under that.
There are plenty of people with low paragon levels who are well geared... But for every single one of these there are about 1000 people who are not. Hence it's a lot more time efficient to set a paragon level requirment rather than inspecting everyone Votekick seems to be a nice answer to any problems.
If not playing Hardcore whats the problem with giving them a shot at playing. If they can not handle it but if they have been trying and who knows you might find a great person to play this game or maybe other games with.
I can possibly understand Hardcore but then again I do not like playing with other people when playing Hardcore

On Strike and supporting Fallout 4 Mod Makers
Some fallout 4 mod makers have had their mods stolen and uploaded and downloaded on Bethesda's site for the Xbox One.

Because people get flaccid if they're not operating at ten thousand percent efficiency.

There is a difference between "10'000%" (what is that anyway...?) and people who simply have no chance whatsoever to even kill a single white mob in the game. Why would you join a game where all you can do is stand in town or die? To make it harder for the others?
So to you saying that you wont simply carry someone trough the game who can do literally nothing is "getting flaccid"? Would you "get flaccid" when I ask you to work for me from now on and pay all my bills? Cmon man, show some empathy...

I'm simply making a comment that there is a significant portion of the playerbase whose interest is just farming as fast as possible.
It's not about me supporting leechers, which I absolutely, 100%, do not. It's not about me thinking people should have their bills payed without working, I'm not sure where you got that.
This is about the reality of public games where you have a confluence of people from across the globe all with different experience, different playstyles, different reaction speeds, different skill, etc. randomly coming together for maybe 20-30 minutes at a time in groups of four. There are going to be innumerable problems that crop up which are often best solved simply by BETTER-ALIGNING yourself with people who closer match your skill level, goals, etc.The only real solution for this is to find some like-minded people and play with them. That's the whole point of clans and communities, right? Instead of continuing to try to "fix" public games, let them be what they are... because they're never going to evolve into anything better. It's the nature of the beast.
This reminds me of people complaining about solo queues in LoL but doing nothing to play with other people they know and have sinergy with. I had people in D3V adding me after a successful MP10 farm run and i played with them again (and that's a miracle because i'm mostly a solo player. Hi clan, i'm still alive). I think the problem lies that co-op is waaaaay easier than solo to farm efficiently, so players left alone feel compelled to join pub games and try their luck to gain more experience and loot... and like in every game, random pub are a mess, but i won't blame the system but the fact that some players want to be carried hard and that ruins the experience for the rest of the group. At least we have vote to kick....
I personally don't put up with either AFK or people that can't pull their weight. I'll kindly ask "where is our 4th" no response vote kick. Low lvl peeps trying to leech Xp. I look at their profile, state it in vote kick reason. Usually people playing such a high torment know where gear & stats should be. Vote kick em again. I play pub games & have made many good friends. Always going to be trolls/idiots in game. Same goes for the real world. Vote kick is there for your issue man. 10/10 times my votes pass, you just have to voice it in game.
I love how people who don't play public games are often so quick to condemn them.
Mostly they are fine. Certainly more fun than soloing all the time, so a preference when clanmates aren't online As mentioned, just vote kick the people who shouldn't be there - theres literally no winner in that situation so I've never had a kick fail. . .
So PP is the new GS, huh? How sad. I've been doing T5 Rift's in public games since PP160 (I just hit 200 today) and I only have 116k DPS. There's more to being successful than mere PP and DPS and whether you have the "approved" end-game set gear.
Your paragon level has fuck all to do with what torment difficulty you can do. If you have amazing luck with gear you could be paragon 0 and be in T6 pubs.
116k damage? Unless you are going for 100% support (healer/tank/CC), you are holding yourself and your group back by doing that and entering high torment lvls (You are basically getting carried). Of course, if you are a healer/tank/CC, then thats all well and good.
