I got one when I wasn't even farming for it. I joined norm pubs to get some rift keys and multiplayer achievements, and just happened to got one from one of my bounties. The roll on it was so crap that I almost salvaged it. The pride's fall was much more useful at the moment.
I farmed T1 for 4 days because I felt I wanted exp and money and eventually caved and started split farming normal with my clan. With an efficient group you can rake in the caches and I got one just as I was about to quit for the day. It can be a war of attrition, but you just have to stay the course and eventually the RNG gods will smile upon you. Normal is definitely the way to go for your sanity.
farmed 150+ caches for my first on wiz. Another 100 for my second on my barb. Then, while chilling in T1 with an IRL friend and just gathering rift key fragments/gold for him (new to the game), i found a better int version for my wizard (first one had Life regen, new one had vit). Needless to say, my new witch doctor is happy that he does not have to embark on a 100-cache adventure :3.
Quick question, does anyone know if farming bounties on a higher torment level effects the % to find a leg in the loot bag? I have also been farming this elusive ring, I switch from T1to T3 from time to time and I wonder is it really worth doing it on T3.
Got it in less than 10 attempts only for it to be Des (I main a Wizard) and have crappy stats with that Dex. Not to mention I have like 0 set items...

So theoretically you can get something of that last mob but the chance is very low; end result, lot's of Lv70 alts without legs you wish rolled on another char, then off to Malthael for your first soul!
How do you Switch to an Alt without leaving the game and losing your progress? Being in Party?
Ran multiple runs this weekend, just running runs, no focus, and three of these dropped. One on my monk, two on the DH. Never seen one before this weekend.

No it doesn't. The chance for a ring is the same on Normal as on T6.
probably because he wants to get to level 26...
I got mine after 5 long days of grinding. It was awful and I almost gave up, but it was worth it in the end.
