1. Add a subtract "-" button. Its very annoying when you want to make a minor adjustment you have to reset everything to do so.
2. Allow us to just hold down the + button to add points continuously. Instead right now we have to click the + button 50 times to max a stat.
3. Bring up the detailed stats page when the paragon page is up. Currently if you want to check what your current values are and how each point in whatever category affects them you have to leave the paragon page. For example say when you want to make a decision between armor, resists, and life to see what gives you more overall toughness, currently you have to add a point to one stat, exit paragon page, open stats page, check it, bring back the paragon page, reset, add a point in another category, etc.
These all seem like very common sense additions to me. I cant fathom why Blizz while testing didn't think of these.
I agree. I also feel like the whole interface needs to overhauled. The new main menu and in game menu are so empty, ugly, and unbalanced. The new inventory window is also somewhat painful to look at. I'm hoping the current UI's are temporary because look like they were thrown together with no thought process whatsoever. Which is fine for a beta, I just hope they know how ugly they all are.
Agree on all points. It was especially frustrating to have to constantly swap between the paragon window and the stat tab to check your stats before/after. Many UI changes so far have been rather confusing compared to live. So i'm sure it will get some changes before it goes live.
#3 would be nice to see to avoid the 30 minutes of experimenting to max out defenses. Not to mention that each new gear piece means re-tweaking the points spent to min/max everything.
I don't see myself making minor adjustments in a system that is really only noticeable once you have 5 or 10 points into a certain stat. Given that, care to elaborate on your idea? Would you still think it to be a necessary feature?
If problem Number 2 was correct, I'm sure Number 1 would be a lot worse, since you can't "fine tune" and would have to click 150 times to make adjusments. But since you can Shift + Clickin order to spend points really quickly, I don't see that as a big issue.
Number 3 is a no brainer. Perfectly fair suggestion. Maybe they don't want us comparing direct stat gains (I know I do right now "oh ok, Life%gives me more toughness than All-Res, so that's the clear choice here"); assuming Toughness and DPS actually work properly

Regarding no. 2 yeah I just tried it, so scratch that.
No. 1. I can see people making minor adjustments all the time. For example say you find a great pair of boots but it only rolled 11% ms, your current boot having 12%. You want to keep your max ms at 25%, so you you'd have to take 2 points off another stat and put that into ms instead. A subtract button would be convenient here.

Those 3 suggestions are great imo.
1) voided by the below feature
2) tried shift clicking?
Shift + Click adds points 10 at a time.
