This thread is embarrassing. Seriously, you really claim to have a World First in a game where almost no one cares about World Firsts; especially in Softcore. In addition, this is a beta and everything is subject to change respectively exists for testing; e.g. the Crusader class, Adria etc. Some skills are currently broken. It seems as if you have to compensate for something serious. My sincere condolences to you, Uberjager.
World Firsts matter in Diablo 3, but just when you do something really awesome that most people think would take a long time. Like I'll bet even hitting level 60 wasn't that impressive...but when they announced Paragon Levels and the first guy to hit Paragon Level 100 did that, I would call that a World First people...well...probably remember, ;-)
First MP10 Uber Clear might be one...first to get five Paragon 100s...First Paragon 1000.
But those are pretty big feats. I wouldn't call this video a feat.
Came by to say that Torment level 6 is insanely hard, I'm talking OG inferno hard. I don't think it's possible or at least not this early in beta.
A guy is doing it on already with the Pride of Cassius belt (perma ignore pain) and 33% crushing blow. He only has 5 mill EHP and 800k DPS. His method is DEFINITELY going to be nerfed though,
Oh come on. One of the reasons why blizzard has betas is to see how people manage to break the game, then appropriately nerf those methods of achieving it.

Finding a way to beat the hardest content within less than a day of that said content coming out... I would consider it a feat.
Also first MP10 Uber clear also belongs to me and 3 others lol. (30 minutes into ubers update)

Grats on the boss kill, but as at least one other has said, boss kills aren't really the best measure in D3. They are predictable and you can easily just work out a routine. I'd love to see a video of someone going through RoS on T6 downing every champion mob. THAT to me is a testament of how good a player is, because it's as random as you can get in D3.

Thing is elites/champs in ROS are much easier than scripted boss fights. Main reason for it is because you can actually zerg them due to corpse respawn.

Ok while technically you'd be 'clearing' the content, I think the content that kills you over and over again > than a boss fight. If you can kill champs without dying (often at least) then THAT'S the hardest content beaten. Not trying to demean your kill, just telling you how I feel.
Oh, and throwing on a different immune ring for each champ affix is also cheating =D Just sayin
u r using the broken rune for the light ray ability, it can do like 80m per tick so no credit for the kill sry
wow if that's the case, then yea for sure no credit. That's like breaking your barb back in vanilla to be perma immune and claiming you cleared the hardest content first.
Came by to say that Torment level 6 is insanely hard, I'm talking OG inferno hard. I don't think it's possible or at least not this early in beta.
It may very well be literally impossible, at least not able to be farmed efficiently, and they just put it there to make absolutely sure no one reaches the cap. But then again, we're 2 days in on this stuff, so obviously everyone's gear is very far from perfect. And Torment 6 will no doubt be designed for the biggest baddest min/maxers with the perfect cookie cutter builds.
Have you guys in the beta gotten much idea of how much higher DPS can get? How easy is it to find something that's in the top 80th percentile or so of possible DPS?
Oh stop the stupid arguing. He killed her first. That's all.
We dont care if you think this is an achievement or not. If you are not interested, dont waste our time with your stupid posts.
Really? In the entire history of video games this is the first I've ever heard someone claiming "world first" on unfinished and untuned beta content.
The whole premise is ridiculously flawed because most people aren't treating the beta as any kind of race in the first place... BECAUSE IT'S A FUCKING BETA. On top of that people in the F&F beta are not necessarily treating anything as a "race" so it's kinda like beating a kid with no torso in a sit-up competition. Grats on having no competition! You want a pat on the back, bub? Or a blue ribbon?
When you finish #1 in a race no one else is racing... in addition to finishing first, you've also finished last.
Modz is streaming his invincible (literally) Crusader on Torment 6. This is why we have a beta to expose broken mechanics like he is exploiting right now. I'm sure there will much more.
Since no one appears to be answering you, Talyn, I might give it a shot, ;-)
I saw a vid or two of someone fighting Adria with a female Crusader, and to me, it sounded like Mary Elizabeth McGlynn.
Hmmm, ya know what, Listening on another stream I'm pretty sure you're right, it's Mary Elizabeth, still probably going to play a Female Crusader though might even call it Aeryn Sun, just coz
Tbh. The amazing thing I've seen so far on this thread is:
1. People take everything way to seriously, it's a game, chill bro. I had fun playing it, and making videos of it,
2. When this video was made, nobody knew what "OPlaserbeam" was.
3. The thread title means absolutely nothing. I could have put "RoS is too easy" or "Blizzard, please increase difficulty of RoS". "World first" is just a means of attracting attention. I really don't give two shits about your opinion of what it constitutes. It achieves it's desired purpose.
4. Hence: The video/thread is simply to draw attention to a broken skill. Nothing more, nothing less, sending feedback to blizzard could be one way of doing it. I prefer to let the public know about it and whinge about it so blizz notices that it exists from the horde of whiners posting stuff like "OP beam wtf, it does 80m damage" without even knowing what the skill actually does. Or what drives it being OP.
5. It's enjoyable watching a good number of you argue rhetoric about a video game. T'was pretty amusing to watch.

I'm attemping to push the limit, currently speed farming T6 for legendaries.
At present I'm at 2.5m dps and 20m EHP with 218 MF and I farm at least 30 legendaries an hour.
Not sure if the legendary pool after release is going to be way more varied than it is right now, because I keep constantly looting the same old legendaries.

Thats why we draw attention to it. Somehow or another, because if we don't, and stuff like these gets released the game goes to shit fast.
4. Hence: The video/thread is simply to draw attention to a broken skill.
Really? The video/thread seems like it's to draw attention to yourself. Most people don't report broken skills with the words "world first." I'll remember to use that lingo any time I find a bug in the game from now on. You know... to draw attention to the skill.... not my YouTube channel.

Youtube channel has less than 30 subs. I really don't give a crap about subs. I don't ask for subs. 80% of my videos there are not stuff I post on threads and have under 100 views.
So no.

It can't be helped really. Jealousy is part of the human condition.
I'm really not bothered about it that much to actually whinge about it.
