There was a huge load of information. Problem is probably that you have looked into the datamined spoilers and got maybe a bitspoiled with info pre-BlizzCon.
Minimum info about clans.
Nothing about ladders, charms, runewords (only mentioning of the words), paragon 2.0.
We did however see new skills, areas, lore info, more about randomization, adventure mode, nephalem rifts, more details on enchantment, loot 2.0, PS4 version of RoS and more.
So, Blizzcon is over and itemization was not discussed?.
Breaking stat groups into Primary (damage) and Secondary (utility) was the biggest reveal as far as items go. Which is a pretty big deal, I guess. But that depends on how well it fixes the trifecta problem. Hard to say until you start playing the game. I mean, will every primary slot have the trifecta wherever you can get it? Seems odd, and certainly not any more interesting than what we got now. It's definitely not the total massive overhaul people might have been expecting, or whatever it is they're expecting.
I am a bit underwhelmed with this Blizzcon, but hearing about Adventure mode and the Rifts was nice. I was definitely excited about that stuff, even if I already knew about it. I mean just to see it in action, shows a lot of promise. But soon I realized that'd be the only exciting reveal for me, and that made me sad. Still, I'm going to keep reading the data-mine.
Oh, Frozen Orb in action was a treat too, of course. It's lovely.
A lot of things were discussed. If you didn't look at data mined info then adventure mode is new, clan support is new, bounties, neph. rifts, crafting stuff, new skills are new and a lot of other things.
I think the problem is, which isn't going to go over well, but I don't think this expansion is going to be ready as soon as we think it may be. I feel as though details on loot 2.0 aren't really final yet, no announcement of ladder or devils hand to me means they aren't near finished. They may just be trying to be quiet but if not I get the feeling they aren't even sure if they are going to have a beta so when that is who knows. I'm sure people who went to Blizzcon though can provide different information. I was also surprised no details on CE were revealed.
So there still seems to be a lot of stuff to be announced. And as I said, I think if it's remaining unannounced it's not done yet. If all of these data mined features are to go live we may be waiting till Q3 2014 until we get a launch.

If they split a 6-affix item into 3-primary and 3-secondary, and all damage-boosting stats are primary, you can't have trifecta+main stat in a 6-affix item. That's pretty big for me.
I just want to reiterate. I am completely happy with the way things are going and am uber excited for D3 RoS. I'm just underwhelmed with the things talked about at Blizzcon. It was pretty much a rehashing of GamesCon with a very minimal amount of extra things thrown out there.
A lot of things were not discussed at all which I feel should have been, which tells me they are not very close to releasing this thing any time soon.

You make a good point, but this image is what had me worried.
It seems Nephalem Trials got scraped? Hasn't been mentioned at Blizzcon as far as I know, only got talked about att Gamescon during Athene's interview with Josh because Josh forgot to mention it to the audience...was looking forward to that feature tbh, seemed like it could be challenging.
I believe nephalem trials, loot runs and nephalem rifts are the same thing. They used nephalem trials as the temporary name but used loot runs as a word to describe it so everybody knew what they were talking about.
The systems they had on display were:
Bounties: distinct goals sprinkled throughout the act, each with its own rewards and also a reward for completing all of them. Items will drop that will allow you to open...
Nephalem Rifts: these are the super random dungeons that have a boss (rift guardian) that spawn after killing enough monsters in the dungeon. These are opened from town using reagents obtained from adventuring (I forget what the item was, they were opened automatically in the demo area.

Maybe that's just exclusive to that set item. Rarity = power and all that.
I am going to point out that resist all, armor, and vitality are "primary" stats - so the gloves in that example are sacrificing a fuckton of EHP to get trifecta+primary. I think it's a fair tradeoff to have a "pure glass cannon" item like that.
How do you know? There's been no official announcement that items will only be able to roll X primary properties and Y secondary properties. As you can see in that pic, it's 3:3 on one item and 4:2 on the other, so we know that they can roll AT LEAST 4 primary. Who's to say they can't roll 5:1 or even 6:0?
We'll have to wait for more details, of course, but even 5:1 on gloves/weapons/amulets/rings would force us to start making decisions about damage vs EHP much moreso than we currently are.
I doubt 6:0 would be an option because that would essentially be "no change" from the current items. It may simply be that some items are allowed to "break" the 3:3 split to give them a bit more "power" or something. I mean, in all the items they showed, only one was 4:2, all the rest were 3:3.
Yes we learned about specific Adventure mode features.
That Blizzard hates trading and how Sony is willing to spend a lot of money to ensure D3 is only on PS4.
So where are all those great "loot 2.0" changes for which they remove the AH and trading in general ? And make half of the shit you find soulbound ? A few % better drop chances ? That's it ?
They are really working hard on giving us a online-only "single player" experience... I wonder wtf blizzard has been doing for the last few years. WoW announcements are the same, removing half of the stats, dumbing down the game more and more...
It's always sad to see ones childhood heroes fail so hard :/

Don't say "removing half the stats" when you mean "removing a few stats and adding a whole lot more". It makes you look like you're ignoring facts to support your feelings.
Insofar as WoW the only "dumbing down" they did was to remove reforging which was absolutely the right move. Almost every top player had some kind of mod or website that did reforging for them. The only thing that distinguished a "good" player from a "bad" player was if they used these tools. They didn't actually know much more about the game, a computer knew it for them and then did the mathematics behind the reforging for them. This is exactly the kind of system that SHOULD be removed.
I can tell you that it was a massive pain during raids to come to break time and have to extend it past 10 minutes to 15 or 20 minutes so that people could enchant, gem, and reforge their loot so we could have every advantage against the next progression boss. They were decent systems, but what they ended up amounting to was busy work for people who got gear. This is very similar to what they're attempting to avoid in D3. "Oh, I got a new item... now I need to go back to town for 15 minutes" is... tedious. And, I may be the only one, but I'm very glad Blizzard has realized that they need to minimize that effect while trying to preserve SOME of the systems that create that effect.
It's not that enchanting, jewelcrafting, and reforging were bad systems, individually, in WoW. It was that the net effect was too much to deny and needed to be rectified. Since enchanting and jewelcrafting were long-standing professions it was most logical to just get rid of reforging and slightly modify the professions as opposed to ditching professions, which would be a major issue in an MMO.
This applies very much to D3 too beacuse the game should be about PLAYING THE GAME and not dicking around in town tinkering with the stats on your gear.
What we learned is that it's quite likely that they only had time for 2 Diablo 3 panels. In an ideal world they probably would have liked one for the Crusader stuff and one for a deeper look at RoS systems. In the coming month or two I wouldn't be surprised to seem some "Dev Talk" blog posts regarding loot 2.0 as it's prepared for the PTR or something.

Tell that to the poor suckers that wasted $40.00 on a virtual ticket, only to watch Blizzard promote their products ....something they could watch an hour later on youtube.
Blizzard Blues told us, they frickin' told us a thousand times as an answer to every question about D3 "Lots to be revealed at Blizzcon."
Blizzard should be going out of their way to discuss their plans for itemization and other critical system changes.
Yeah, i couldnt care less about some new class. I want info on how they plan to adress all the loot issues. If they dont fix those issues, no new class will save the game.

If you only buy the virtual ticket to see if there are details on one feature of one game, then you take the chance you flush that $40. If you fly to Anaheim just to sit in on those two panels...well...
Could they have revealed more for itemization? Maybe, but they did show new stuff and demoed the new game modes, and almost everything they revealed was new if you aren't following Diablo 3 news/details every day (which is likely the majority of Blizzcon attendees).

Not to the extent that a lot of people wanted them to, no. They talked about a lot of stuff that was already revealed in datamining, though.
