Hi guys, thought I would put together a bunch of things blizzard may announce/expand on at Blizzcon – which I am excited about..
Let me know if you agree or disagree with these being talked about or if you have any extra things you think they may give details on
1) Loot 2.0 and Paragon 2.0 details
2) Loot runs
3) Adventure mode (Devils Hand, Bounty mode
4) Guilds/Clans details
5) Ladder system
6) The Mystic and Transmog
7) New Trading System and BOA plan/balance
8) PvP plan
Others less likely things:
9) Covertus Shen teasers at his Identity – even though he is blatantly Zei
10) Affix changes/ removals – life steal changes, trifecta stats removed from items and can only gain them from paragon points… defensive affixes improved and will synergise well with different legendary rings affixes.
11) Gheeds return – gambling system (if he is not tied to Devils Hand)
12) Jamella and Halbu may return in Pandemonium Fortress and we finally will find out some information about their backstory.. who are they really and how did they get there?!
I'd ask about gems; specifically will higher tiers of gems be introduced, and will higher ranks of gems drop at level 70?
My guess (based on nothing but gut feeling), is that no more gem ranks will be introduced, which will also mean that only flawless square will drop.
Yes that's right I think they are adding diamonds (all resist).. It would be interesting if they added skulls, but without lifesteal as an affix at lvl70 I find it hard to imagine their return.
I wonder if they will keep the gem system as BOA for higher tiers even though the AH is being removed. I sort of hope so because then it sort of rewards players for time spent playing and picking them up, not trading gold/ real money for them.
What I hope they talk about:

- The interface for the main menu, whether it will be changed at all. I remember hearing some rumors that they were thinking of taking the D2 path, with the characters down the bottom and everything. Not to mention there's been quite a bit of community input for making such a change too.
- Boss execution animations, I apologize I forgot the actual name of it. What I mean is I hope they talk about whether they will bring back or implement similar animations to the animation that is played when the barbarian get's picked up and bitten in half by the Siegebreaker.

Banners - I hope they add the customisations that we saw in early development ...

That's understandable with the hardcore players, but they have plenty of brilliant minds over at Blizzard so I'm sure they'll think of something. That's if they choose to implement it that is.

That's understandable with the hardcore players, but they have plenty of brilliant minds over at Blizzard so I'm sure they'll think of something. That's if they choose to implement it that is.
That's the picture I was referring to, oh man I really do hope they expand on banners. I mean at the moment they're just so bland, there's not much to show off.
Yeah I guess it could have been something like Fatalities only happen in Softcore, but I don't think they want to go down that type of route where there are different mechanics in each type of mode.
Yeah, I would almost decide to play hardcore just to make the base of my banner look cooler haha

So, I'm not the only one that doesn't remember we didn't get this...If I get a chance, will so be asking this to a dev while at BlizzCon!

They could be triggered by specifically low amounts of HP 5-10% for instance..
The boss status could also be hinted before activating (as in the boss glows for a moment, or growls) and dodgeable (aka fatalities only happen at melee range, or at really long ranges).
