Is that new Adria or Lilith? The white angle one should be Inarius though but I wonder what role he will play. Isn't he in Meph's torture chamber?

I err... think that's "Pure Diablo" there on the right, not Mephisto. Mephisto is much more skeleton-looking. And this looks like a Diablo free from the form of a previous mortal vessel. An original Diablo.

Seeing Meph and Baal's faces again remind me how Diablo doesn't intimidating at all. He looked dumb in D1 and D2 and he looks wierd in D3. Meph and Baal actually look really evil.

What if Adria lied to us, when said that she trapped all souls in black soulstone? Maybe Baal and Meph were just recovering and now are trying to free Diablo from Black Soulstone (which is in possesssion of Malthael). Malthael goes to Pandemonium Fortress, so they too. And maybe they command siege of the Fortress? So many questionzzz.

I don't think it's ruining game (However boss list may a bit). This just open people to speculate about plot of RoC.
