Personally I like to listen to a band called Dethklok while I am on my barb, one of their new albums just hit the store shelf's today just picked it up now I have patch 1.05 to look forward too later while blasting there mind blowing songs.
When on my Wiz/WD I prefer techno beat goes along with the way I use my spells.
Monk/DH trance is good, goes with the flow.
Sometimes I will even go to youtube and listen to the full Diablo 2 soundtrack to replace D3 music.

I just did a quick seigebreaker run so far, listened to Simian Mobile Disco's new EP A Form of Change. I fuckin' love the direction these guys are going. Unpatterns is my album of the year so far.

Usually I listen to various electronic subgenres, from EDM to chillout depending on my mood. Some of my friends are into making mixes so sometimes I'll load one up to listen to while I play. NIN also goes pretty well with the Diablo atmosphere, I've found.

I love to listen to dubstep while farming. Its fast and exciting. Goes well with XP farming so I don't fall asleep.
I also like listening to the D1 and D2 + LoD soundtracks while playing D3...brings back the nostalgia.

Oh btw, i did listen all 5 books of Song of Ice and Fire read by Dotrice already while farming during the first 2-3 weeks of patch 1.04.
Sixth book is gonna be awesome.
