Because having more mobs to smash in Acts 1 and 2 would be awesome. Far too many dead areas, IMO. Thoughts?
I like the idea in general, but it would kind of make us WW barbs more powerful then we already are, I'm guessing we will get a nerf to the thrive on chaos rune soon anyways.
Mind if I rework that title for you? "Might this new Monster Power feature not just up monster difficulty but mob concentration as well?" seems a bit huge
I will temporarily edit it to something like "Monster Power = Mob Concentration, not just Monster Difficulty?"

I mean, add a "brain" to the affix picking
"You're in a narrow hallway? Here have some Arcane Enchanted mobs to fight"
you know, so difficult would come from more places than numbers
