Which ever class has 200+ mil in gear. Then you can just remove any shred of skill this game might have required from the equation as its impossible for anything to kill you.
I'm pretty sure that Blizzard posts have said at least once that when we get great gear they feel we should overpower mobs and start to feel godly. So I'm not sure what your point here is, other than to troll.
He asked what the easiest class for farm Act 3 is and the only correct answer is the one wearing Fort Knox in gear. Even as bad as WDs are if you pump enough gold into one they will be unstoppable farming machines. Just like at the start of Inferno when melees were so bad before all the nerfs. They were only bad because it took them longer to get gear compared to wiz/DH. Now that all calsses are geared melees blow ranged away. Im including WW/CM wizards in with monks/barbs since they arent ranged anymore. So the only correct answer to this topic is the class with a ton of gear. A ridiculously geared WD is still going to farm better than an average geared DH.

I think the context is if you don't buy gear on the AH, and are fresh off of (finally) beating Belial.
The only classes I would bother with in the context of not using the AH are DH and to a lesser extent monk. Both are fairly effort intensive; however, so I don't think they're "easy," in a manner of speaking. What they do have is a toolkit suitable for doing a lot of kiting and stacking short cooldowns to overcome a massive equipment deficit. I'm not entirely sure if a Wizard couldn't pull it off too, but my wizard is still leveling so I won't comment there.
WD and Barb could probably mimic the cooldown/kite approach, but with the much longer cooldowns and the need to be closer to enemies it would be much more difficult and down-right frustrating. I did this with my barb in act3 while he was very under-geared and although I got many packs down and cleared all the bosses, it took most of an evening and nearly half a million gold in repairs.
With a good internet connection and some twitch reflexes a DH could pretty much farm wherever he pleased using the basic trap, vault, ss, hungering arrow kiting scheme. I'd love to prove as much myself, but I am bereft of the reflexes despite having a good connection. Still, my DH makes a stellar act1 farmer (the only one of my characters I really enjoy farming act1 with) wearing only drops.
Well, I don't have 2 billion gold to spend and I don't use the RMAH to buy gear, so I'll continue making gold the way I have been until I meet some minimum requirements to make a relatively stress free farm character.
I'm going to try that WW barb out, seems relatively straight forward. If that doesn't work or it's not as stress free as I want it to be, I'll just go full out tanky and kill slowly. It may take me 3 hours to clear Act III but if I don't have to worry about some random fireball one-shotting me, then that's all I'm asking.

Act3 isn't generally stress free for any class without a significant investment.
In your OP you mentioned your Barb does Act 2 with ease, presumably at about the same ease you would like your III/IV farmer to do. With 1.0.4 as close as it is my recommendation for you is to hold your gold, farm Act II when you feel like it and level that Monk. Blizzard indicates so far they are after diversity and skill changes may elevate many more class builds and encourage people to consider alternatives to fotm builds like the WW Barb. Whatever MF direction Blizzard take will also have a bearing on the gear cost post 1.0.4 as well.
It would not surprise me that builds not currently viable shape up to be exactly what you seem to be seeking after the patch. Perhaps even a WD pet gear build may rise out of obscurity, who knows until we actually see more information. Just do what is most fun for you now and build a decent bankroll ready to splurge on whatever seems like it will take you in the direction you want after the patch.

If you don't have 2 billion gold to spend, i wouldn't aim for a stress free WW barb. WW barbs are probably the most expensive thing you can gear up right now.
Only if you are trying to also run max MF as well. I spent maybe 25 mil on mine and got

2/10 troll.
10/10 idiot
The idea of relativity isn't very obvious to you, is it?
It really depends on your playstyle. There are never any definite answers to questions like these, because one person may play ranged easier than melee, or vice versa. Just pick something you have fun with and stick with it.

I strongly disagree with the most expensive part. I run Act 3 effortlessly, but if you check out my profile, you'll see that I definitely do not have a single piece of gear that is 'super' good. I actually get surprised when I die to a certain affix combo. With enough LoH and a decent amount of crit, WW barbs are by far the easiest to run around Act 3 and pile up the dead bodies.

42k health
1500 str
48% crit chance
350% crit damage
800-850 resists
1450 LoH
Im guessing thats enough for Act 3. If not it will mow down act 2 like nothing.
