Actually Diablo 3 doesn't consider weapons as offhands. A guy here (sadly can't remember who, but it was somewhere on the Monk forums) did some testing and noticed that "main hand" damage isn't the damage skills used. The damage is toggled between main hand and off hand meaning if you had a 900 damage main hand and a 500 damage off hand you'd hit once for 900 and then for 500. So the stats, in most cases, indeed don't matter.
When I looked at weapons I always cover up the damage and look at stats first, when I saw these stats I nearly had a heart attack, then i looked at the damage and cried a lil.

Not sure if you are actually serious. I sure hope not.
If you aren't allowed to post atleast a few 62 items you wont see any Amulets and Rings at all.... They don't go further than to ilvl 62
Because there aren't ilevel 63 jewelry/class specific off-hands. 62 is the highest, thus it fits in this thread.
Well, sure. As long as you read it literally, then it would not fit. But it's not that far fetched to think it fits.
How else was the topic meant to be read if not literally?
Hall of Shame ilvl 63 edition
ilvl 63 edition
ilvl 63 = max item level
Hall of Shame max item level edition
ring/amulets etc max ilvl = 62
Thus, in my opinion and the opinion of a lot of other people, the level 62 amulets/rings fit in this topic.
If that dropped for me, I'd feel like someone just gave my feral druid a pair of healing pants and told me no more kitty next raid.
