Well after ais patch i was so angery because i used real currency to get an item and then it basically got nerfed. So i went to paypal and did a charge back due to fraud and item was altered from its original state. Now its funny TOS states its a bannable offense to chargeback.
The blizzard support also emailed me saying they were going to ban my account as well which i replied to stating that i would contact a lawyer. I used the example of buying a new car with the highest upgrades blue tooth, sound system, low profiles ect, saying that if i purchased a car then took it to the dealership for check ups and they took all the stuff back saying its our car we do what we want when we want would not hold up in court. They had absolutly no reply back. So i then went back to pay pal chargebacked my account for the full price i paid and waited.
2 days later they refunded the money for my item and the full amount of the game. Which means blizzards Tos allowing them to screw over players and not refunding will not be tolerated by paypal. So if you are not happy with the game i would suggest to contact paypal and open a dispute.

Read: I failed to read the ToS (which I legally agreed to [and legally claimed I had read them] when clicking accept), failed to read patch notes, and am now crying about it while A.) threatening legal action of which I have no foundation or understanding, and B.) committing fraud against Blizzard (by way of refunding your account money with which you have already purchased an item that you now hold).
Perhaps you should contact a lawyer - they can clue you in as to how absolutely moronic your actions are.
Are you serious? You are simply asinine. It's funny because Blizzard has stated multiple times that all items are subject to change.
Therefore you bought an item with knowledge and information it could be changed? That right there does not constitute "item altered" because the "item" was purchased with the knowledge that it might change.
It's people like you that simply disgust me and get their way with your QQ - I rarely ever post or comment on things I see with people crying because they didn't get their way... But when I see someone who ends up getting their way because their a crybaby and don't like how things work, it just peeves me.
I've purchased PLENTY of items that recent patches have changed and know what I decided, "Oh shit I knew this would happen, why would I steal money from a company when I knew it would occur."

It's a bit funny that he himself is commiting fraud against Blizzard now, I miss the ol' Blizzard that would take these seriously and counter-sue and make an example out of people like this. (Private servers, etc days.)

How I long for the days when calling their parents would have been the most effective way to curb this crap.
I think he was asleep last month and didn't read blizz post about IAS nerf which was a MONTH AGO. Or just a dumb enough
Blizzard definitely should make a demo case off him, so other kids wont do the same "mistake"

The stupidity on display here is fucking astounding. I am in awe of your ignorance and I can only hope that this is the last post I will see from you on this forum.
while i have absolutely no loyalty to blizz and think the RMAH is a complete ripoff....i have no sympathy for you, OP. it's your fault for buying a virtual item knowing good and well that games like this get patched, nerfed, buffed, and changed again. this whole thing is your fault for buying the item with RM in the first place. in my opinion, you have no right to complain. my advice is do NOT buy items using the RMAH. problem solved.
the fact that you threaten to get a lawyer over this just exemplifies your spoiled brat, everyone owes me something approach to life.
So, you wanted them to keep your item, basically a broken item, in the state you wanted it in. They changed the IAS gear because it was too strong, but you don't care; you paid real money for it and now you blame the company... They did say they will keep changing gear to fit the game.
I can see this happening all over again when 1.1 ships and people realize their legendary gear they paid in real cash isn't as nifty as the one their peers pick up. This is going to be a legitimate problem, since people will feel entitled because they used real world money. I'm starting to think RMAH wasn't such a good idea after all.
I know you are completely serious in this post, but I chose to read it as though you were joking. I had a good laugh. If I read it as though you were seriously making these statements, I would be too disappointed to go on; I would have to cease reading this thread and maybe these forums, nay, all forums, forever.
You really showed Blizzard when you threatened them with legal action. Seriously. I'm sure Activision is just trembling in fear at the thought of taking you on in a what would surely be a slam-dunk court proceeding ruled in your favor. After all, the last thing multi-million dollar international software companies have at their disposal is highly competent legal representation.

"No guys, I swear, I was just pretending to be a retard!".
Nice backpedaling there skippy, the fact that you think Blizzard has a choice in a credit card company doing a chargeback is also hilarious.
Also, you being a mouth breather MORON does not make anyone a "fanboy", it makes YOU a waste of skin.
