I suggest HARDCORE mode and SHAPRNESS ON for that D2 look. Also, whenever Diablo 3 gets a new patch or for some reason or the game isnt launching, just re-unzip the files to Diablo 3 again and click yes to all.
Also, if your wondering wheather this is safe or not... I downloaded this about two weeks ago and it seems safe; im still enjoying it. It is really up to you... i wouldn't think blizzard would be very anal about this mod (isnt much of a mod)
The sharpness feature is kind of cool but shading everything darker... I find it comical that people would install a mod just to shade the pixels a bit blacker. Why not turn down your monitor... or paint the screen with black nail polish...

Well to get a D2 look you'd have to replace the graphics with pixels the size of your arm and badly compressed textures.
