Welcome to the launch of a new Blizzard game. You should expect lag on servers till the kinks are worked out. Give them some time to adjust and tweak things. It's been less than a day. Jeezz..
Hello, I'm playing on the US servers from SEA and I have 400+ ms.
Don't worry, it's still playable.
Just a little annoying with the delay in attack and movement times, most specifically the item pick up.
I've had the same problems, and sometimes in outside areas it's like I'm moving in slow motion. It's frustrating trying to cast a defensive spell for 4 seconds and then die

I was at 400ish all evening and I averaged 50-60 in beta, and 20-30 in WoW. When an expansion comes out for WoW I always shoot up to 200-300 for a week or two, and then it goes back down. I have faith in Blizzard, they have a lot of top notch people working on it day and night.

It really is very playable compared to what you would expect with most games. I usually have around 99-230~ ms throughout the day on Diablo III (averaged from stable times today and beta experience), but for the past several hours I've had anywhere from 250-360ms. It will go down, but you really barely notice it.

The main issue is delay on picking things up, since that usually is pretty packet intensive.
Yeah I was getting pings as high as 1500-1700ms earlier. Pretty nuts. It's not my connection of course, as I pinged many other services and got ~50ms ping, so... rough times.

Is this gonna be fixed?, or this is the latency I will have to live with forever?
Thanks.
