His answer was to a specifc question about the order skill's unlock.. basically "why do you keep changing the level that skills unlock?"
Jay answers: "what is currently in the beta is what we intend for ship, but we're still tuning and things can change".. while very tempting to assume he means the whole thing is shippable (I think he might), its important to note he was answering a specific question about skills.
well, this sucks, 'cause I'm still having stuttering and fps drops regardless of settings and I have PC that is more than capable of running it on max.
What's your system that it is stuttering?

Damn forum ineptitude, can't I give this guy rep or something?
People need to stop and read the whole story before making fantastical threads with unreasonable interpretations of shreds of data.
Probably do 1 more minor patch (patch 15) then the game will be ready no?
I predicted some time ago that there would be 16 beta patches (going by the version increments - approx 0.5 per patch). We're at v0.8 now, so I anticipate another two to get to 0.9, and then v1.0 will be release version.
This reminds me of the wonderful fun people had guessing when TBC was coming out by looking at patch numbers. I hold the same stance as then. They don't plan patch number like that. Each number that gets pushed onto the test servers only has an incremental increase to represent its chronological dates, and all changes it should encompass with respect to the internal tests. They could easily push the beta patches to v500.2.3 and still not be done. While yes, each day and new patch we get closer to release, the numbers shown on the patch are largely arbitrary.

A QUADRILLION MAGIC FIND is worthless if you can't kill shit!

Pay attention people. He only said the current skill unlock order is set. There could still be more patches.
