The girl friend who just heard about the game gets a key immediately, while the accomplished 10 yr veteran and fan resorts to watching videos imagining what it'd be like to play the game and gets called a newb.
It's like a reality show and my sad, true, personal living even right now, nightmare.
I'm the guy they don't show.... you know the one.... he gave up on the beta and any chance of real news about D3 a long time ago. I'm honestly only still here becuase I like the Diablo Fan commuity (for the most part).
Really glad you guys like it! I am still learning what will be most liked by my viewers but its great fun making these and so even if this kind of video doesn't do as good as other I'm still glad it's made and it'll be up on my youtube when the game comes out and people are drawn to my page for the PvP commentary.
I don't know that diablo 3 will be an amazing game for pvp, but I think it's cool that pvp is the aim seeing how I love competing. I may/may not be making videos depending on how things go (how hard is it to get gear without using a credit card, is the pvp exciting enough etc, will I make friendships with good players or will I antisocial it up and just play with the starcraft bronzies I know in real life), and I'd be interested in seeing other takes on it.
I thought the video was pretty funny if I didn't convey that in my original post.
