I read a while back some questions as to whether there would be scaling of elemental effects on weapons depending upon the specific elemental damage.
This just made me wonder... Has anyone talked about similar scaling for skill/spell level? Surely there would be some mechanic for high leveled spells to make them more satisfying then their nerfed lower level counterparts...?
I don't think spells will sacle directly with stuff like damage. But for exemple, you may have a passive that augemnet a certain spell with some effect, so it's visually changes too.
