For all who don't know (you really need to play more diablo) IAS = increased attack speed, FCR = faster cast rate, FHR = faster hit recovery.
I really hope Blizzard decides to keep these core concepts in Diablo 3 for the following reasons:
- Allowed the characters to progressively get better as new gear was released in following patches
- Made characters wear gear that pertained highly to their objective
- Allowed interesting character builds such as whirlwind sins and warcry barbs
The one thing I hope Blizzard changes in regards to these is the breakpoint system. Each added amount of FCR IAS or FHR should effect your character, instead of having to achieve some set breakpoint where it would have an effect.
(PS FRW is also included in this being faster run walk speed as well as any others i forgot)
