Oh master of anime and "the experienced eye", we bow to you!
Seriously kid. I've been an artist all of my life. If what defines anime to you is if rocks fly when you kick the ground or features are akin to those that appear in anime cartoons, or you do anything close to what an anime character does in game, then it's obviously anime.
You're "experienced eye" is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard a troll say. Your argument based on the fact that their an Asian country confirming that their cinematic is anime-influenced then you really need to take some art classes, some concept classes, and a crash course in modern 3d rendering.
Lets also reveal the fact that this is fantasy. Oh wait! Anime is alsofantasy! It must be anime!
Nonsence.
I said anime is HARD to define. i didnt define it.
I said that there are some stereotypes that are became known in anime.
This is hard to explain but its something like AVATAR the last airbender.
It is made by americans (?) but its HEAVILY influenced by anime.
It smells anime on every step.
BUT KEEP IN MIND THAT IM TALKING ABOUT COMERCIAL POPULAR ANIME not some artistic weird stuff that even their makers dont know what it is
And your sarcasm needs some improovements as well as my english
your an idiot, officially, youve been busted mon ami...thats from Japan. 100% japanese
Which is funny because he has SUCH a keen eye and when to a "school of art", but he can't tell the difference in chinese and japanese artwork.

Ok we got it now please leave thread if you dont like it.
When you see something like this you know its from china or whatever.
Now if i draw something similar it is not from CHINA BUT IT IS INFLUENCED BY IT.
Even if i never saw this picture, this pic is like veeerrryyy old legendary so it is standard set long ago and china is famous for this art style.
Same is with anime.Or some other art. There is like Cubism-you can tell its cubism by looking at it. Or lets say Impresionism etc
I'll leave you with this: You're wrong. Period. Goodbye.
All art is influenced by all art. Period. Goodbye.
As a so called graduate from an art academy, it would astound me that you didn't pick up on that.
Keep your anime gripes. You can have them. Don't buy the game. Whatever.
Peace bro, and may your forum life here be short lived.
