I think, the side of Hell has been fed up with trying to sway mortal's decision on this battle. So, I think Hell destroyed the worldstone so they can invade it, force mortals to obey them, and destroy them if they resist.

You might be missing the main idea here. If you think about it, there is something in Act 5 called the Worldstone. And it is destroyed. Now, they never stated it's purpose, but I truly believe it is intertwined with the D3 storyline, and the ressurection of the Prime Evils.
If you've read the Diablo history in the archives (it was available in Diablo 1), you'd find out that the realm of Heaven and Hell, indirectly influences the mortal realm. Meaning, they have a hard time here in the Mortal Realm. That is why Diablo and the other Prime Evils have to corrupt evil minds and possess bodies.
Now, why do you think that is? Why are these devilishly strong devils and powerful angels (like Tyreal) wane in power in the mortal realm. Don't you think it's because of the Worldstone?
I think the Worldstone is some sort of a barrier that somehow influences the increase/decrease of power against that of Heaven and Hell. So, now that it's destroyed, what's to stop all the devils and angels to invade the mortal realm?
The only reason Diablo and the rest of the Prime Evils were able to establish corporeal form was because of the Soulstones, now that they're destroyed, and the Worldstone (the barrier) is also destroyed. Angels and Demons alike will be able to roam free in the mortal realm.

like super speed vanish kinnda simaler 2 a assasin flight(teleport like a sor) rage where it gets stronger then when u reach highr levels u reach differnt lvls of it; ie, anger lvl 12 rage lvl 24 wrath lvl 30 each giving bonuses the higher the lvl also a move where the vampire could shoot dark waves the push and damage enemys like a sors nova ie dark force lvl 1.... demonic push lvl 12......nights gravity lvl 24
feeding tech:
the main one of course is where u drain life from your opponent (life tap to make eiser) wich will kik ass in pvp ie, feed lvl 12 u need to activate it cuase its like ts or holy shield then attak here its just a simple life tap were u need to have a sertian % to activate, absorb lvl 24 same with % but leaves open wounds and deadly strike but only drains mana, convert lvl 30 here you drain not as much as u would in absorb and feed but have a % chance in converting your oppenent to fight with you like mb for sins another skill could be aroras that drain mana and life from dead corpses for u and your party and u could use other skills for effects when bitten like frozen bite poisen bite etc.
vamp skills:
here you could summon a ball of bats that follow you the higher the skill the more the bats and they will help in different skills ie, lvl 1 defense bats a ball of bats shroud you ....lvl 6 offensive bats they fly in a radius and attack enemys lvl 24 night wing a giant bat that attacks and cast the arora vigor just imagine a giant bat hangin out with ur party in town and my favriot ss skill where u could xferm into a bat lvl 1 sharp fang u trans form a little u just get the ears claws and talons (feet) its in the mastry bats wisdom where u can totaly trtans form into a bat the highr the mastry the more like a bat u become until u transform into a giant hairy kik ass winged rat but the down part is u loose light radius so thats where sonar will kik in onother passive skill which expands your light radius (and if blizz lets us show where the door for the next lvl is ) other skills for the bat could be double talons ( like double swing on barb) stony glaze where u can freeze the enemy huant where u would make enemys flee like a barbs howl but damges as they run away the higher lvl the batter the damage and for weak ones they run until thier hearts exploid with fear it would be synenergiesd with bat wisdom cuase the scarier u look the more of effect it would be and finaly the lvl 30 bat skill will be blood thirst wich is a powerful strike that leaves the enemy with open wounds and attaks like zeal multiple times
a bad as combo would be wrath, feed, and blood thirst
vampires weps would be daggers and a special shield for them looking like lidless a special headdress that looks like wormskull and may i add that the vampire should bea chik cuase a guy vampire is too count dracula make them look more modern no big capes or chalk white skin a lil pale be good try to go for the whole selen look in underworld simple lol or just get the sin modle and make hair longer skin whiter and fangs more visible

that sounds cool and everything but it wouldnt be cool for diablo because its if u read any of the diablo books not once does it mention a vampire or anything. So it sounds too fake to me

Okay, with World of Warcraft being how it is, there will definately be character customization. Sooo... It's ownage. They would now have classes instead of characters. And hopefully make the character development process atleast over the creativeness of Mr. Potato like World of Warcraft is.
As for classes...
Paladin: (same as before, don't change it) But as a Heavenly Warrior with healing powers. As it was before. (Almost Angelic...) 1 handed sword, and shield.
Amazon. Again, for good. Female warrior. Strong skills. Speed. Agility. Spears/Bows and 1 Handed swords.
Mage: Simmilar to the Sorceress. Same skills, under a new name. For good. 2 handed staves, secondary: 1 handed Wands.
Summoner: The good side of the Necromancer. Up raising heavenly spirits for pretection and fighting. Also a secondary healer like the Paladin, however, not so much a fighter. Has a large range of summons and a lot of choices for creatures/beings. Staves/Wands
Priest: Heavy Healer. Not a damage dealer or taker.

Barbarian: Both good and evil. Split durring the upraging of the demons. Some went good, some went bad. Brute strength and force. Axes and Two Handed swords and Dual Wielding 1 handed swords.

Necromancer. The Bad side of the Summoner. Raise demons for your evil bidding. Now a fighter. Has a large number of demons with a large range of skills.
*Dark Paladin: Same as a good one, only factioned for evil.
*Dark Amazon: Dark female warrior. Same as good one. Only skill changes.
*Dark Priest: Same as good one. Different skills. Different Powers. Same basic principals.
Warlock: Black Magic. Heavy magic dealer.

This is just a guess. Also, depending on being a Heaven Alliance or Hell Alliance, your appearence will change depending. Along with armor looks and weapon looks, making you look more good or evil.
