I don't think the idea is strictly good and/or evil. This is more alignment. For example, a "neutral good" paladin might go around saving people, while a "true good" might slay anybody who so much are hiccups, thinking they are evil.
OR we could go on the idea it is both this idea, plus Light and Dark sides.
So you might have a True Evil character who cares for nobody but himself, almost a dark crusaider.
On the alternative,
You could have a Chaotic Good which I described before, slay slay slaying anybody who doesn't show faith, believing everyone is beyond saving and must be, "Cleansed".
Ontop of that you would be working for light or dark. Or not. Whatever suits.
like u could go into a shaman camp and they would be sleeping. and if a guard spots u and sounds an alarm they all wake up and attack you. night only quests would be interesting, especially if they were assasination style quests.
Finally, there would be a use for an Assassin!! Excelent idea
i say night quests would be cool and i dont kno about the alarm but shaman camp would be cool i think all bosses at night would be cool and i think for druids in the next game they should have more transformations i mean the wolf and the bear kinda get borin after a while
