Usually they "learn" from what the hold-up was on US and EU is done more or less on time. Not always, but sometimes. Let's keep fingers crossed. But to be honest, isn't at this time 90% of the playerbase season only? So until Friday evening everything's just meaningless anways
If you're super excited and you want to pop in as soon as 2.3 goes live, in the past when they've extended maintenance by a few hours, they sneak it up after only an hour or so. So it pays to keep your eyes sharp.
It may also go up right at 11 PDT or it may well be extended. There have been times where it gets extended by several hours.
Either way, lets all be cucumbers as play it cool, aye? I feel for my European brothers who have to wait much longer.
If you haven't seen or checked, 11:00 am PDT is the new target time for 2.3!
