Official Patch Notes here, but as usual there are some things that are missing from the patch notes. If you come across anything post here and we'll add it to the list!
I really like the look of the Arcstone Ring, something to put on your follower to go with the Unity. Plus run it with my regular group of friends on Monday Night Gaming. Give those bastards with Fire Chains a run for their money!
I wonder what the proc rate for unbroken promises will be? A monk using Way of the Hundred Fists can get 5 consecutive non crits in under a second assuming they had no crit bonus in gear/paragon. that would mean the next 3 seconds would be 100% crit - presumably making 3 of every 4 seconds 100% crit chance.
I like the idea of stacking crit damage and attack speed to make use of this. Fun to think about

4man group with full ashearas set each and everyone with ring equipped = 16 rings
I don't know exactly, just saw on a PTR stream that he had some new abilities. Of course the fight was over in like 5 seconds so it's hard to tell what else he does (and does not), but he definitely got some new abilities. Need more testing to know exactly what he's up to.
Does anyone know what the time range on Broken Promises is? I mean is 3s the max or min that can roll? Because this ring may seem underwhelming on the first glance, but: we can get chc on amulet (10), gloves (10), bracers (6), paragon (5), rings(6+6), helmet (6) and quiver (10). To use this ring we would have to minimize chc and maximize as and chd, instead of chc everywhere we would probably aim for as on those items with values of (I think 6?) on amulet, 7 on gloves, 7 on bracers, 10 from paragon, 14 from rings, cdr or toughness on helmet and maybe more hatred regen on quiver. That's additional 35+% as increase. With a bow and including 15-20 quiver as% increase that would be aruond 2 attacks/s. The chance of getting the buff during 5 attacks with 5% crit chance is 77%. Sentry attacks and rockets probably do not count so it will probably be ~3s of shooting evasive fire or ca to get the buff. BUT we could do it this way: unload all hatred of CA during 100% crit buff and regen hatred with evasive fire during no critical time. CA is more than 90% of DHs dps anyway so it would be a really huge dmg increase. I'm not saying it is going to become meta and it would certainly be a harder way to play (also we would have to remember about shooting CA during no crit for tageuk upkeep), but I see a huge potential in this ring, not only for DHs but for any class that could do it this way (lots of attacks in general).
I think that new broken promises has potential. If you assume 5% crit chance then 5 consecutive hits have a 75% chance to all fail at critting. You then get 100% crit chance for 3 seconds.
So to equal 50% crit chance the ring needs to have an uptime of 50%. If we assume a 3 second duration then you need to land 5 non-critical strikes in a 3 second window. Obviously that favors a 1H weapon build. So if we assume any 5 attack string has a 75% chance to activate the ring then to get your string in three seconds you need to deal roughly 7 strikes in that duration requiring an attack speed of 2.3
There are a few classes that equal or exceed that. Which means you're trading crit chance for attack speed in slots. It's at the very least an interesting experiment, especially for classes which don't rely on significant DoT application (DH, Crusader).
Ok, thanks Bagstone, the 2s one won't be too good, but 3s may be really awesome. @Autochton that's almost exactly what I wrote 5 posts above I think it may be really good in a DH M6 build but we'll see. Right now focus+restraint probably beat everything else, the 150% bonus will probably be changed. If it isn't - I'm happy with the rings I've got in stash ^^ As set items they are going to be changed retroactively I guess.

Items not in the patch notes
Other changes
sidenote: I like how they added 2 new pairs of gloves without legendary powers.
Thanks for the info bagstone.
In Geom may be even good for GR, and Broken Promises looks viable for T6 farming, with an own build mb?
Arcstone Rings GO!

Zunimassa drops gloves and the pants are not from the set like it says in the patch notes, bastion of will is 150% and not 100% like patch notes.
Those Who Do Not Know True Pain Cannot Possibly Understand True Peace...

You Sir are a God Damn Genius!
Thanks - as far as I can see, everything from that thread is included... unless I missed something.
orlash buff? does he still sit in stealth for the whole fight lol?

Couldn't find anything about this in the patch notes, so excuse me if it's already mentioned there.
Set items now display what slot they belong to. http://i.gyazo.com/9f4d17a0a6f60fce6e588893bab554e4.png
Laws of Seph now refunds 75-100 spirit instead of 125-165. Seems retroactive. Might be bug.
Ouch. You got a screenshot (with CTRL held down for the range)?
The range on Broken Promise is 2-3 seconds.
