I'm currently looking for examples of people's demon hunter builds (both gear and abilities) who are capable of running torments 4 through 6 so I can get an idea of what it would require. I can currently run T2 solo and group pretty well with the occasional death when too many minions/elites swarm the screen. I would also like to know what everyone believes to be the best DH gear/build for the higher torments if they don't currently have everything they'd care to have currently on their DH character.
I would roll the 12% movement speed to 3 slots in Garwulf.
Also a defensive passive, Awareness or Perfectionist, it gives a good survivability.
And where is the elemental damage from you SOJ ? you rolled the crit chance on it ?
And save a good 2 hand cross bow for 6pcs marauder, and a Bombadiers Rucksack.
You think I have enough crit chance to roll increased fire damage on it instead? And ok what should I put in the 3 slots then on the Garwulf. Think I need more resist all or what? And then do I add movement speed with paragon points up to 25% afterwards to max movement speed?
I can run t6, but it's not optimal - t4 is easy, t5 is the sweet point between speed and challenge. It's all due to badly rolled pieces/not optimized gear for the spec, if i manage to get new gear to roll the correct stats on, t6 should be more than simply doable.

1.What gear should I be looking to upgrade then for my current build(other than the changes/rolls on current gear) ? 2.Would you say this build I have outweighs Maurader turret build or no and if not what would you recommend critiquing build-wise?

I'm a fire build and it wasn't fire damage so I rolled it. Worse case scenario I can always roll again to get increased fire dmg which I may do, but you think it's better than 6% cc?
Laughing at T4-5 in solo or party, double mark + wolf + harry = elite packs in <3 seconds, and my gear is shit. 80-100m crits via Calamity too stronk.
Solo T6 I just run Mara's, because I hate paying attention. Also because I lack double Unity, and thus can't play recklessly. It's funny though; I have Calamity, Trifecta Taskers, two Krider's, two sets of Mara's, Shadows, and Nats, yet I haven't found a single dex Unity
13 mil toughness and still 1 shot but almost anything in T6. Fix dex classes pls.
I can solo t6 with no problem. I have focused to balance toughness with damage. With almost 13m toughness and 980k sheet dps, t6 is not that difficult.
I could use some feedback on my build. I'm playing safely on t4 with runs under 12mins. Tried to solo t6 and it took me like 25mins with say 7 deaths by Anarches.. thing is I'm still playing with impale, which I know is crazy old school. But I love it for its high damage output, even though it's single target.
I'm currently balancing durability(91 discipline pool and multi shot with disc rune for almost perma smoke) with physical damage for my companions. Not sure how I could convert for better efficiency
i'm looking for a good rucksack / ever-elusive calamity
other than those two, i don't really know what i'm looking for anymore. maybe maxing out stats on the sets and stuff. better RORG :/
i'm amazed how fast other DH's run t5 and t6, while i'm quite slow imo....

I cringe everytime i see softcore players calling things for "easy" and "np" and "no challenge". When u find T6 HC "easy" get back to me.
for t4 i use full dps gear [ 2.4 unbuff ]
t6 i switch belt [ chest opener dmg ] and quiver for +2 sentries.. got decent rolls on those so i sitt around 500k hp and 8m toughnes, more than enough... depending on elite pack i switch amu for immunity

Anyway, T6 farm isn't really doable on dex classes, at least not reliably quickly like WD or Crusader. Things are probably much smoother with double Unity cheese, but that's RNGesus for you. On the flip side of that coin, a properly geared DH probably clears faster than anything on "lower" Torments (<T5), as we can literally one shot anything that isn't a RG or Act Boss. Things get even more ridiculous for T1 and below with the Danetta's set and a proper physical spec. Permanent 300+% movespeed is just absurd for split farming, considering your movement ability also happens to insta-gib everything within 20 yards.

Still need some gear upgrades, like a soj and better stats in marauders set.
