So i have 2 quivers currently i am looking at using.

Dex 127
Vit 48
IAS 12%
Hatred Regen .68
Dmg to Elites +5%
Socket

Dex 113
Int 76
Vit 21
IAS 12%
Disc +5
Ele Arrow Dmg +5%
Socket

My big question is 5% Ele Arrow better then 5% elite bonus?

You know i think at the moment i am making this to hard, i can carry both and switch when i face an elite.

Well if you use EA as your main attack against all mobs, yes, because it helps you kill white mobs and bosses faster.

Yeah that was my thought, EA lightning ball is my main attack.

Another question on the elite bonus - does that count on bosses?

Stats you probably want over:

Dex/Disc/Crit Chance/Elite tho not necessary in that order.
I probably would put crit chance/disc/dex/elite in order of importance personally.
