It's on skills/effects page. I've selected the furnace, leoric and COE. But honestly i'm not sure about any of them being definitive. Probably not.
The reason i've skipped unity is; This build takes even more damage than 2.2 Roland builds but it has a great potential of HP recovery through Wrathful Passive / Gabriel's Vambraces sinergy. Wouldn't know for sure until tested tho.
On weapon: both options are competetive, equiping 2h give u more dmg, but not that much more, and u loose much higher attack speed and +15% cdr from fervor. High attack speed makes u regen fasters, u build gem stacks faster and reset cds faster due to zodiac ring.
High cdr and zodiac ring: this is pretty much mandatory for me, u need that akarat champion up almost all the time, remember that this set doesnt give us much cc, and only cos of that cc we were able to survive higher gr-s with rolands.
FR combo isn't great just because u need to sacrifice slot for generator, instead u could just use law with critical rune that is also up most of the time, and with 2 free ring slots u can go coe + unity equiped and zodiac in cube
Legendary gems:theres new gem bane of the stricken - it is very strong vs bosses and i guess will shine in high gr's where u need some time to kill everything. Atm on ptr most popular setup is bane of the trapped, gogok and bane of the stricken
Cubing leoric's crown is easy choice, u can go hexing pants if u like that gameplay style, personally i dont, but in terms of performance it seems hexing pants are bis (according to current ptr leaderboards)
One thing to note, is that if you cube Leorics you don't need to run Gogok for the CDR so much, opening other gem choices.
Currently the go to gems with Hexing Pants seem to be Gogok, Trapped and Stricken, but with Leorics you could use a Taeguk, although I feel like the loss of attack speed hurts to much. Instead, I've been trying Pain Enhancer which is super nice in dense GRifts.
It's not going to be as strong as Hexing pants for pushing, but if you don't like stutter stepping it is another option.
Lastly, I've heard the Holy rune for Falling Sword procs Strongarms, opening up another option if you don't like Hexing Pants.(You only wear them for damage anyway, if you run out of wrath you're not pushing provoke enough.) I know a lot of the top of the PTR leaderboard don't use FS, but if you're not using Hexing you're probably not competing for those spots, anyway.
Replaced Generator with Iron Skin
Replaced F/R+COE with Unity/COE+Zodiac.
Replaced Wrathful with Blunt.
Replaced new belt with String of Ears. Altho WH can easily be used over this.
Haven't changed 1hander into Furnace because i kept Gogok/Taeguk stacker gems over Stricken/SomethingDefensive. And i did not get the Law just because i don't want to spend a passive to keep it on high uptime. These are mainly personal preferences.
Result is 228M toughness (415M with Akarat) with %50 Akarat uptime without even considering Zodiac.
This number is achieved by performing the perfect rotation of Falling Sword with Iron Skin (%53 uptime). I'd say pretty neat.
But honestly, the loss of F/R bonus is quite a hit on damage numbers, at least on paper.
Critical Law of Valor is a huge damage boost you're missing out on. You don't need Long Arm for it to be insanely strong, when you combine the LoV active with a the Holy section of CoE you'll see what I mean. If you're worried about the loss of F/R on damage numbers, not taking LoV is boggling, you've even freed up a slot by dropping the generator for it.
Also, I think Flash is the better rune for Steel Skin. Especially with Hexing Pants.

Of course, i haven't considered using the law on the COE proc. It should be switched with the steed then.
And i picked Steel Skin for 2 reasons. First one is its' duration being long enough to rotate with FS reduction without any downtime on the %50 damage. Then again, i don't even know what kind of an uptime FS has on its own. If practice proves that 4 seconds is enough then Flash's movement advantages can really be enjoyed when trying to stutter step in and over the mobs. Thanks for fixing that out.

You can have 100% uptime on the FS buff with no problems at all, albeit with a decent damage loss for casting it every 8~ seconds.

Any input pointing out rights and wrongs of the gear and skills are welcome.
