1. How much CDR is required for me to have 100% uptime on Champion of Akarat with 6PC??
If you run 56% CDR you can keep crusader up with 100% efficiency. This is much easier for 1H builds as there is a 15% CDR talent and can help you to achieve the magical number.
2. How do i get past the t3-t4 road block?
Unfortunately crusaders are hit by item gating pretty hard here, basically you have to keep farming until a signature piece lands in your hands. I'll list a few here are 100% capiable of t6. Fate of the fells for holy, Maximus/Darklight for fire, Shaffeurs/Darklight is also possible for lightning. 6PC Akkhans is needed for some builds, but not others.
3. How do i trigger strong arm bracers?
Kinda limited in options for crusaders here, Falling sword works, Condemn with vacuum works, sweep attack with gathering sweep, Phalanx with stampede and also drawn and quartered for steed charge.
4. What is the most optimal build for group and solo play?
Holy shotgun with FoTF functions the best in a group setting, and for solo farming T6 a fire build functions the best currently (i was doing it before it was cool).
5. there any videos or streamers i should watch or i could learn more about crusaders?
Manner cookie has some very informational vids and tends to go quite in-depth, for example this is his firelight one for t6 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ABjHo6Suz8 (Darklight fire build)
I think with the question of perma-Akkhan comes the question how much is it worth losing? e.g. is it worth losing X of stat Y for 8/10% CDR?
I'm pretty sure ~50% CHD on gloves isn't worth losing against the 8% CDR, but what is?

Well, if you want an answer, on gloves you'd want to lose the vitality for it, not the CHD.
Of course, but you won't drop the best rolled items on every slot with the first drop, so maximizing "half-decent gear" is probably the biggest concern for anyone between T4 and T6, before you start outgearing T6

I'm fairly sure I know the answer, but is this item value CDR, or character sheet displayed CDR? Since the difference between the two can mean one or more items that may or may not need CDR. My gut feeling is that it would be character sheet displayed CDR, but I figured I'd put it out there and ask anyway.

Its 56% paper doll CDR so Items + Passives + Paragon points
Does condemn vacuum trigger strong arm on yellow packs and rift bosses? even if you dont see them move, I did test that vacuum applies the toxin gem on yellow pack and rift bosses and also saw increased dot of toxin gem with and without the strong arm (correct me if i am wrong). would really appreciate someone with more knowledge on crusader and game mechanics to help me out. and one last one!, for the vacuum to apply strong arm including thrash mobs, do the mobs actually need to jump in the air (the visual) to proc strong arm or just need to be in the vicinity of vacuum. thanks guys.

Yeah it works with stampede and also drawn and quartered.
