im done, im tired, been trying too many build but fail all the time. i thought 2hand was promising, but its kinda slow for me and i often died. and now im on to ww barb. but i still die 2hit for arcane/psn elites
please help me out, i just want to farm act 3 easily...
i also have 1 other ring thats with 150 str and 4% crit chance, also switched out the vita gem with str gem on my armor and pants. none seem to be working.
You've got good solid stats and should be having little problem finishing the game and getting on to farming. Two suggestions, switch Beserker Rage with either of the two armor passives (tough as nails or nerves of steal, whichever results in higher armor --- I've been know to activate both in tough situations --- lol), and then get some more crit chance. You can hold HP, LoH and Resists just where they are, and add more strength as you change gear. Whirlwind Barbarian is all about the 'dance' and not the 'dress' --- you are not meant to stop moving, never get surrounded by mobs, and always plan your escape.
i changed rage to steel and didnt log out, so the page didnt refresh, anyways. if you guys saying my gear is fine, maybe it just me that behind the problem.
what i do is use bash and then run around with sprint and then ww. but i still die? might telling me how you guys operate your ww barb? thanks
im also getting a helm with crit/resis/strength/socket soon.
I switched to melee build because I'm a bit challenged in the eye-hand department. If you watch whats-his-name "alkaiser's" videos, you'd get discouraged, too. 55 million XP per hour!!! What some people think is fun --- lol.
Try to plan your escape route before attacking the champion packs. Pick the nearest elite or white mob and get your fury maxed, then start sprinting and whirlwinding around their outside. Watch out for poisons, chains, moltens, etc. so you don't stop in any of them. As often as possible, run out from the elites to safe ground (never get cornered) and let the pack chase you a bit, they tend not to proc pools when moving. If you see the health of one member of the pack lower then the others and maybe 25%, focus on running around just him --- 2/3 of a champion pack is almost harmless.
PS: Did you just switch to Pulverize from Instigation? I wouldn't do that just yet

good tips, yea i played more last night, i often try to get out of corner. good advice.
i shouldnt ww between them? i always do lol, i got better last night after more practice. but still die couple times.
i switched from punish to pulverize, you suggest me use instigation instead? let me try it tonight, thanks for the tip.
At least 40% critical chance, u can get that easily ( 10% base + 10 % axe ( get a axe or mace with slot)+ 4.5-6% helm + 8-10% glove + 6% bracer (it shld be 5.5-6% since bracer have not much stats that u need) + x% amulet & rings).
IAS is not required for ww build. LOH must be at least 1000-1500+ (on ur weapon and amulet(can get as high as 600+) )
critical dmg is not issue u can have base critical dmg of up to 240-300% with just 2 slot on ur weapons depend on which grade of emerald u can afford. But if u can get critical dmg along with critical chance and str by all mean acquired it like ur glove.
Resist is good to have but if u can't get them u just need to be careful with those elemental spell ( arcane beam, molten and plague).
I heard Movement Speed might affect how many Tornados your Sprint drops and how close they drop, that true? Cuz it seems that I have to run REALLY wide, for Tornados to spawn... Am I doing it wrong, or just not enough Movement Speed? (+12% on Boots)
At his resists and armor, anyone should be fine with that level of LOH/LL and hp.
The key is to never stop moving. This always lays down tornadoes to feed your hp and survivability. Against single elites, always drop tornadoes before trying to bash them. If there's melee elites, I always just sprint and WW. Against caster elites, try to kite them to more mobs for tornadoes.
The hardest part is starting the blender, once you get the beast going, never..ever...stop.
