I've noticed that battle rage (+15% dmg and 3# crit) has no CD . can anyone confirm/dispute it's stackable ? as in . if I'll use it twice in a row I'll gain 32.3% dmg and 6.09% to crit ? or does it stay at the initial values no matter how many times you punch it ?
also,
survivabilty wise , which one is better ? the +50% to armor and thorns or the +3% dmg done to life ?
one last question, what is the hardest hitting single target nuke for barbs and what is the reccommended one ?
The won't stack. Recasting will just refresh the duration.
Survivability depends on how much armor you have versus how much damage you do. The more armor you stack, the more valuable a 50% increase becomes, same with damage. Armor seems more valuable at the moment.
Hardest hitting ability right now is Weapon Throw with Dread Bomb maxed out, but you'd have to build around it. Hammer of the Ancients with Smash is the highest Fury spender.

Yeah, even if Smash deals only 15% weapon damage more than Cracking Rift (Seismic Slam), and the second is a good AoE. I'd go for the latter.
Probably spenders don't deal lots of damage because fury generation seems to be quite substantial.
When you're fightning bosses and other elites the most important thing is Damage/Fury ratio, not the Damage/Second ration. HotA costs only 20 fury while slam costs 30. For situations were you're looking for single target skills, Hammer of the Ancients out do any other Barb skill by large margin.
it's a lazy build with many passive dmg and dmg reduction and passive healing . basicaly it enables to bash for about 280% weapon dmg, 500% overpower and hammer og the ancients.
only offenssive CD is overpower and only spendor is hammer (not including battle rage+battle cry in idle).
hammer hitting for 414%-500% weapon dmg for merely 20 fury on a low fury consumption build is great. thanks for your help everyone.

While I agree that HotA (Smash) will be the best single target Fury spender, I don't agree with this statement entirely. It completely disregards all damage done using Fury generators. The highest Weapon Damage to Fury Spent ratio is Weapon Throw (Mighty Throw). 188% Weapon Damage for 10 fury. Having to use it multiple times to expend Fury might make it less desirable in some situations. Your passives (+Fury Gen or +Damage with Weapon Master if chosen) will also contribute to which skills are best suited for your build.
I dont like Weaponthrow too much since it kind of puts you in the "spam till i get 100% fury" mindset which I dont like. It does awesome damage but you would also need to build around it a little bit to generate more fury then normal so you can use it more. If you have an average fury generation you might aswell just get another skill. Runing other skills for fury would decrease the more useful and situational abilities they may provide.
No one is going to be tanking for you so its up to you to get out of the way or slow/stun the mobs, whatever.
I think it comes down to HotA vs SS. I opted for SS in my build because it gives me knockback so I can delay some mobs that I dont want to engage me right at that moment. I dont think youll be spamming the spenders too much so it comes down to choice do you want some awesome damg now and then or do you want control when needed.

I've decided to go with that build :
