Those changes look good on paper and will definitely add more options for undergeared barbarians, which is great.
At the same time I guess the tornado build will still be a no-brainer for well-geared barbs. In fact, changes to monsters' HP will make the WW build even more effective than it is now, since it's probably the only barb build that doesn't slow down because of the trash and actually benefits from it.
I don't think there's any denying that skills which boost movement speed are going to continue to be preferable for those with amazing gear; however, there's really no solution to that issue aside from blanket nerfing those skills or blanket buffing other random skills with movement speed buffs.
IMO it's not the movement speed boost that makes this build so powerful, but the synergy between LoH and Run Like the Wind rune. Lowering the tornado hit frequency would to the trick. Not that I want it to happen, just saying it's quite easy for Blizz to balance this build.
They actually nerfed double tornado build alot with overpower nerf
They buff Bash/Cleave and WW so the build is in no way nerfed.
I tough using overpower with Crushing Advance in the build was a joke. Never found in better then Bash as fury generator.
As we know goblins don't hit they run so Overpower is dead slot here.
Overpower was a huge upgrade over leap in the 'run around in circles' build, which i grew tired of and moved on to the devil's anvil build which i loved. it was killed this patch by reducing it's proc coefficient from 1 to 0.08, a 92% nerf in how often it will generate rage on the pulses after strikes, essentially gutting the build the same way the wiz was. Activision/blizzard seems incapable of fixing something without breaking something else.

/agree. The only reason I dropped OP and picked up frenzy a while back was to kill pigmys. I saw the OP nerf coming so long ago, it was too good.
