Do note all my other specs are well beyond min requirements, and this PC is only a few years old(I don't know why blizzard is suggesting people have one of the newest video cards, in trueth DDO has better 3D, and I run that just fine, so got me), so I hope I could run D3.
Unless Blizzard specifically bans that card, it should work (they are supporting it's bigger 7800 brother, for example).
Unfortunately, the 7300 wasn't fast even when it was new, so you're forced to the lowest detail settings at the lowest resolution to have a shot at avoiding a slide show. Unless you're on AGP, you can get a much faster video card for the price of a second copy of D3.... and I suggest you do it
If you're on a laptop and thus can't upgrade, consider that a new PC with Intel integrated graphics will be faster.

he won't be able to run it at all. 7300LE is an integrated graphics card, which is much slower than a 7300GS/GT which is already slow as it is.
sorry, you gotta get a new video card to run this game mate.

Sigh, that's gonna cost an additional 150-200(150 for a 7600, 200 for a 7800) though(guess I won't be playing D3 at release, that sucks. The graphics are hardly ground breaking in this game, WTF was blizzard thinking making it require such a video card, they really need to learn how to code properly).
You've got to be kidding us . . . the GeForce 200 series was released over three years ago. The problem here isn't with the game or its coding, the problem is with your *seriously* outdated hardware.
Yes really. This game has been in developent for over 10 years, yey it requires a better Video card then any other game currently out. Like I said the graphics aren't even ground breaking(not to mention It's not even true 3D, It's semi 3D), yet it somehow requires a better card then any other games(which= sloppy coding/improper use of the game engine).
I sware, if those numbskulls allow hacking(like they "gladly" allowed in D2), this will be the last game they will be allowed to make(bad enough they tie everything to battlenet, including their forums sigh). Between the D2 hacking, and making the worst MMO ever(WoW), my faith in them is pretty low(we can't even play D3 offline for crying out loud. As soon as they drop support for D3, we're screwed, which they will, because Blizzard only cares about WoW).
It looks like a pretty awesome game(despite the dumb Blood orb system) don't get me wrong(and I love the Diablo games), but I have a bad feeling I'm gonna spend a bunch of money just to beable to play, then get burned due to Blizzards greedy moves.

edit: grammar police
this game is effectly "10" years old(blizzard didn't even have a full team working on this game for most of that time, let alone the dozen teams they had working on the other games), so what's your point, if anything Blizzard took way too long.

You just talked your way out of any credibility whatsoever.
first off, you're complaining about lack of support for a 5 year old integrated graphics card.
Second off, you sound like you have no idea what is actually involved in coding.
Third off, your hacking comment sounds like you have no idea about the client-server architecture.
Forthly, LOL @ your "allowed" comment.
Fifthly (and sixthly), I don't know what metrics you're using to evaluate MMOs, but they're wrong. I would love to hear your reasons for WoW being a bad/terrible/whatever MMO.I'm sorry if you feel that WoW has somehow slapped you in the face or junk or wherever on the doll you got slapped, but if all they cared about was WoW, why would they even bother developing SC2 or D3.
Really it just sounds like you're butthurt over some non-existent, mistakenly-perceived insult from Blizzard.
Please educate yourself before you continue posting.

1. The system requirements that have been published are the CURRENT BETA specs as explicitly stated. The specs will very likely loosen up once they start optimizing the client for real.
2. It is true 3D. Not sure what you mean with semi 3D? Yes they use a locked camera view but everything is rendered in 3D nonetheless..
3. Blizzard has never "gladly" allowed hacking. Hacking exists in virtually all games. D2 was especially vulnerable, but saying they allowed it is just stupid... They are doing what they can to prevent hacking in D3, but there will still be hacks in one form or another floating around, be sure of it.
4. Dropping support for D3? They released a patch for D2 last year. This if anything should prove they don't just drop games..
5. Chill out with the hating.

Should I have any noticeable issues?

Well thanks for letting me know anyway.
