Hello,
Seems unfurtonetly today out of nowhere i got an email telling me that i was banned for using third party software wich i thought might be a false sender a joke, but seems not, of course i did not use any or own any, not even legal third party software like that "box" thing to paly multiple diablo`s if u purchased them up to 4 on 1 PC, so then i was sure i`l send a support ticket on battlenet and they will fix it since i know i didnt do such things, well it seems they let me down they say same thing like in the email message some kind of automated message, i reply they send later back the same exact message, hm so since when does blizzard ban random players for no reason saying whatever reasons they might like ? knowing the truth of not doing anything ilegal and get banned like that, how could i ever think of buying any games from them again and have the bad luck to get banned randomly like that ? this is awfull realy, i couldnt belive they could ever do such things, i thought they are a great software/games brand. They answered after the 2 identicaly reply`s, saying this cannt be changed and they will not look into any messages from now and give me a ":)" smile ^^ very weird. Well i gues im done with blizzard in this life knowing this GL everyone and i hope u guys wont get randomly banned like me and see all those thosands of hours spent in this game fly away.

Try posting this on their forums, and ask for help.
I've been banned for no reason before, and once I complained my status was reinstated. This seems to be a mistake. You can also call their customer support to speed things up. This is also the best way to get unbanned quickly.
whats theyr forums ? i thought this is the main forum`s, anyway i dont think i would like to get the chance to play again and spend more time there grow up my characters and stuff and then who knows get banned like this again, i cannt trust blizzard anymore they are very unprofessional. Hm i did a google and found it as beeing batlenet forum i loged in unfortunetly seems i cannt hit create new thread it says account banned.
You should send a ticket. I was banned once, because my name was in Corean but my PayPal had my occidental name (I'm a Corean living in Argentina).
I also called, but sending a ticket it's the most effective way of getting a clear answer of Blizzard.

Blizzard is extremely professional especially when it comes to banning, many people say that should even ban more often when you see all the bots and other things going on. As sad as it is, it's always possible that someone gets banned even though he's innocent (although it needs to be said that many people who claim to not having cheated are just lying, without implying you are). The reason for triggering Warden might just be some other application you or someone else using your computer recently installed, and said application *touched* any of the Diablo game files or settings. Or maybe you did something like recording a macro which Warden considered to be against the ToS.
Anyways, refrain from making statements like "Blizzard is unprofessional", contact them asap (best via phone) and keep pushing; if you did nothing wrong, your account will most likely be opened again if you just keep trying. Happened before.

go to any Blizzard official website (http://us.battle.net/d3/en/ -> this one is the D3 one), log in on the top right corner, go to the support subsection, and create a "support ticket".
That's what might solve your problems. But only if you didn't use a third party software, because if you did nothing is bringing your account back sorry. Anyways, hope this helps.
