haven't been playing for like 3 weeks, but i got a problem, i kept so many rares that i find it hard to loot any more, beware, never got anything worth more than 700k, but even with 70k start price they won't sell at all, what do/would you do in this situation ?
If the items aren't selling it means you need to work on your item appraisal skills and sell them for what they're actually worth. Sounds like you're being too optimistic with the prices.
Actually not much seems to be selling these days unless it's severely underpriced. My guess is everyone's playing MoP, and will start coming back to D3 after a few more weeks.
With that said, I personally don't bother with stuff worth less than ~500k.
Make a second check on your items, everything that doesn't have perfect roll or most wanted stat (aka all res, crit chance, crit dmg, IAS) should go to trash
That, or put them in the AH with a starting bid around the item's vendor price with no buyout.

could you make some examples of gear worth 500k ?
in about 70 runs a1 and 40 a2 i never found anything i thought it was worth much, a LOT of mf and gf drops, really too many in my opinion, btw, could you appraise these as a meter?
ring with
a, 9 max damage (meh),96 str, 5 aspd, 2.5 crit hit chance and 2 more "useless" affixes
b,80 int, 180 loh, 22 crit damage + random res
you need to go on the AH and put in those stats see what similiar items are selling for.
Lately it seems that if gear is missing one key stat it wont sell. Then small stat changes seem to make its value go from 2-10 mil up to 50+ mil. Market seems to be saturated right now and gear that would sell for 100k-1mil a month ago is not selling anymore.

thanks for the help
You're also out of luck right now because the jewelry market has slowed to a crawl because of the incoming patch. And also, 5% IAS and 2.5% crit chance is miniscule. You want to look at 3.5-4.5% crit chance as of now, 25-34% crit damage, 6%+ IAS, higher base damage and primary stats. Even then, it's not easy to sell. I have a 31 damage, 6% IAS, 4% crit chance, 30% crit damage ring on the AH for 20M and that hasn't been touched yet.
You can still sell it, of course, you're better off starting the sale off with a tiny starting bid and see how far it goes.

I just sold a trifecta ring (53 dex, 63 vit, 6 ias, 3 crit chc, 19 crit dam, 71 loh) for 23M. I have had it up for about two weeks and have been dropping the price daily.
I don't understand why people complain about items not selling, i have 0 problems selling items for a good price (on EU), its all about items appraisal skills.
The auction house is a game by it self, and it takes time and patience to learn what sells and what doesn't.
I have had to vendor everything in my stash several times when it got too full to hold anything else and nothing would sell for more than 10k. My advice, just grab everything and vendor it wothout looking at it. Then go farm more stuff to fill your stash with.

that's what am trying, i usually search the ah, then se it lower than everything, but it wasn't working at all, prolly because there are zero different kinds of build, so everyone is searching for the same things (which is sad)
btw, seems like now everyone is just going for legendary/set items, so i guess yellows are the new blue.

I don't think that it true at all. There are plenty of different builds for all the different classes. Good rares will still sell for tons of gold. Crappy legendaries still don't sell.
9 out of 10 rares you find will not sell and should just be vendored.

1. When doing a comparison search, use only the good stats on the item(ignore ones that are very low or not valuable), and then knock a few points off of each one to increase your result set.
2. Don't forget that just because you see an item listed doesn't mean it's going to sell anywhere near that price. Most of the items you see on the auction house at any given time are overpriced, which is why they're just sitting there instead of selling. Always check time remaining to see how long they've been posted without selling.

Pick up only iLVL 63's (62 for amulets and rings), identify them, notice they aren't perfectly rolled, just throw them away. Can't be arsed to go and vendor let alone salvage them.
Seriously the time to compare all the trash items you find and list them on the AH, you can just go for another run and possibly find a legendary / set item that wil surely sell.

just trash everything ?

i already do that.
wish i was this lucky, i keep 1-3 each run, usually.
Don't limit to just viewing the buyout prices. Check a few that don't have buyout prices to see if they are getting bid on and at what price.
