Oh, absolutely. I won't be quitting, I intend to spend years playing. I just created this thread to enable the enabled.
I wouldn't consider this a guarantee. If you want to ask for a refund you can submit a ticket. While they may give you a refund cause you can't always play online, they aren't going to give you a refund cause you can't clear inferno.
I have no problem with them giving refunds, but they better delete their characters as well, so when the game gets stable and they want back they have to start over

That said, I really hope they only give it to people who haven't played more than a few hours. I mean, if you haven't figured it's online only past normal, you don't deserve a refund.
