I would not have had any issue if the Beta client program actually tried to download the beta. I did a few restarts of the D3 beta launcher and then it wanted to install the 3.83 and not 15.1 gig. The only option I had at battlenet was the Beta client since I did not preorder since I do not know how D3 is going to run on my Internet. Before I buy something I want to know how it will work. $60 is a lot of money for me.

On Strike and supporting Fallout 4 Mod Makers
Some fallout 4 mod makers have had their mods stolen and uploaded and downloaded on Bethesda's site for the Xbox One.
its telling me i dont have a diablo 3 license attach to my account???
It is telling a lot of people that. Including me... this will probably be like World of Warcraft, where "scheduled" maintenance will require an extra hour or two to be completed. Let's hope it's only an hour and not 7...

When I grow up, I want to be a frill-necked lizard.
The open beta has begun and we've been extremely successful in that we've already managed to break a few things. We've capped the open beta concurrency until we can resolve some stability and service issues, and until it's resolved you will likely see an Error 37 when attempting to log in.
Error 12 - This is an error we're still investigating, but should only be appearing for Korean accounts which are not able to participate in the open beta. If you do not have a Korean account, we're still investigating this issue but suspect it may simply be due to the Battle.net Account services being slammed by the high volume of traffic or a communication issue between the game and account services. Error 3003 - Click Options, under Account change your region to The Americas. The open beta is only being held on US hardware.

Hey Bash, is there gonna be a queuing system in D3? Is that just not part of the beta servers/stress test?
The issue is on authenticating people to get them into the game at all, and there's no queuing system to then verify people's accounts and log them in. If you think about WoW the queue is on getting you into your realm, not to log you into the game as a whole.
When it comes to ingame errors, (such as error 17,3003, and 35, and 37) Please make sure to follow the front page, We will have updates there the second they are given.
The second there is a chance, it will be updated
