Any one have any ideal how much bandwidth is required in order to play Diablo 3 maybe people who have been playing the beta? I'm concerned because i live out in the country and i don't have particularly good internet. I'm able to run wow just fine, even on a 100kps connection.
It has less information to send to the client due to the new system its running, and has less information regardless compared to wow that it needs to send and get. You'll be fine.
Good, because I've invested a lot of money into this game...even made a custom logo for my computer. Would be sad if i couldn't even play the game lol.

You gave Blizzard money to develop it or what?

No lol. I bought a new computer, monitor, wall mount, mouse, keyboard just for Diablo 3. That's what i meant by invested a lot of money.
My internet connection is usually really good, but the other night my latency was at around 300 - 400ms and it was horrible. My character was porting around all over the place, if I was trying to run I kept going back to where I was... I'd use vault to move forward then a second later was back where I started! I don't know if this is because the beta is still a bit whacky after the recent patch (this was after they claimed the servers were stable) or if it just got that bad with the higher latency.
