I found the error to this. Mine was set to Europe instead of america. To those go to options and than click Account and switch it to America or whereever you are.
I am having no issues. Login was a bit slow, but everything is working fine for me. Also, you should probably put this in the news article (from Breaking News):

...it's been there for a good 5 minutes. Should I click "Cancel" and try again, or.....? I'm clicking cancel and trying again....oh great the window came up again....and it's stuck there. Again.
Yeeeeeeeep...buckle down for this at launch ladies and gentlemen. Good thing I'll be getting a large pizza and a bottle of cold iced tea to keep me company while I wait on launch day for the servers.
So sad that they use ages on the stupid game to make it so epic... But runs it on their old D2 servers og crap like that.. What are they gonna do on release.. I NEEED MY D3 FIX NOOOOW!!!
Oh i love being so exited about a game again.. 28 yrs old and im sitting like a little boy at cristmas just to play a freaking beta haha..

And im disappointed to myself, to think people would understand that THIS KIND OF CR@P were expected...its not just a "hey everyone come try the game", but more of a 'come HELP us TEST the servers so we can be SURE it wont happen on launch day'...
Im thankful these bugs/errors/problems in general are happening NOW and not in may 15.

My battletag's been active since they first implemented it, so I doubt it's that. Seems that Blizzard's D3 Beta servers are horribly clusterf**ked right now
This ALWAYS happens when some game or beta or whatever is released, not really a "fuk blizz" thing. The "this account does not have a valid diablo 3 licence" on the other hand.....

You can choose between US and EU client when your logging on Battle.net

1st: every few minutes when I update the browser there are several new posts in here..
2nd: why the hell am I refreshing my browser all the time.. just to read everybodys problems?!
