I just wish they put back town portals...i really loved the possibility to rush characters in D2, I actually remember using that tool that let you open two Diablo II's on the same screen, and rush your own character without having to ask a friend or someone on the chat.
I wish someone will figure a way to do it with D3, ( of course you need 2 CD keys but hell, i'd buy 3 versions of Diablo III if i'd have to )
But at least blizzard understands that after a while we get tired of redoing the same quests.
Wondering how they will support it? will there be area restricted by level?
Are they going to let lvl 1's go to hell?
also I remember that Diablo II maphack was very usefull in rushing, like for finding the tomb of talrasha, the entrance to the next level in dungeons etc.
I wish we could also have tools like these in D3, made life easier.
now if they allow rushing without town portals, no possibility to rush your own characters, and no map hack, i'm wondering if we could still call that "rushing"
Yes it will be weird and town portal will be surely missed but it's for the good of the game. People are too smart not to find a different way anyway. I don't mean finding glitch or hacks just different strategy for steamrolling a map

I love all loot fest kind of game! I will be playing all of them for the next few years. Loot fest games I'm looking forward to: LotR: War in the North,Torchlight 2,Borderlands 2 and of course Diablo 3.
It will still be faster than going through yourself. And I would assume they'll make it so that you can't use any waypoints you havent discovered by yourself, and without TPs that means you'll have to get them all yourself, even if you're being run through by a friend. Rushing will just make an area shorter instead of basically allowing you to skip it.
There's a feature that allows you to teleport to your group when you join a game. And even if that gets removed by release the waypoints are on every dungeon level and in every area so you would never have to run all that much to get with your group/friend.
I think Goatmen is fine. I'd like Khazra in the manual though. Having the different names adds a surprising level of immersion for me. Like one could imagine that many people of Sanctuary call them Goatmen because well, they are literally goat men, and the wiser elders like Cain would call them the Khazra if he ever mentioned them, because he knows a bit of their culture.
Sketch is nice as always, screenshot is more of the same.

Well most of the time you see them in game as "Moon Clan Shaman" and stuff like that. But yea, when talking about them it would make sense for more educated people to use Khazra.
Eh? What happened to the Goatman in that artwork? Is it corrupted or undead or something, because don't they normally look more natural like this?
It looks kind of like its a zombie goatman, and it also seems to be a combination of two goatmen. It could be something along the lines of what creates the Unburied.
I think there will be more normal looking goatmen in game, this one's just a sketch. If there's some goatmen in game like that, they're probably a special corrupted/tortured goatman.
Yeah I remember the screenshots, plenty of normal goatmen already ingame.
No, it was described only as a way to get near your party when you join a game. After that you just stick with them and use waypoints at the same time (or at least I assume thats what you'd do).
