-Why do you take temporal flux ? Your only arcane spell are with the archon (desintegrate) and energy twister. And energy twister so far in the beta has proven to be a terrible spell because the tornados move randomly. And I have no idea what the rune storm chaser do
Temporal flux is where i will look first if this doesnt work, i have the impression that everything will move alot faster at inferno, so i want to be able to slow with both my aoe and single target, with this build i get 30% slow from both.
Energy twister was my favourite spell in the beta, it may move randomly but its not like you have no controll, you send it in a direction and it will move towards that point with some minor unpredictable turns. Storm chaser rune isnt greatly explained but its my impression that your twister will chase your signature spells, wich allows me to control that slow where i need it (hard hitting/faster enemys)
In aoe situations i will dump all my arcane power into energy twisters, and then use electrocute, i think temporal flux will work great for slowing the masses then, but if it doesnt i will probably change it to blur maybe critical mass for more frost novas.

Using Energy twister stores 1 charge.
Casting a signature releases the charges to create an energy twister. Each charge, up to a max of 3, makes it do more dmg.
PS: I hate energy Twister as well, but other than that it looks pretty solid.

In light of this i will probably change it to mistral breeze to get more energy twisters out there slowing thoose hordes, but may not work all that well then, may have to submit to disinigrate or arcane orb
