strategy: keep the other player chilled/frozen most of the time, only use Comet in a combo with Frost Nova so it doesn't miss and waste 60AP, ray of frost as secondary attack after using Comet and Magic Missile for 8AP regen.
would this be a good pvp build? critique my build please
but that's why i put Slow Time in the build, when they charge/leap or cast spells on me i will just use that and they will get trapped in the bubble and i can avoid the projectiles for some time, but i think i should change the rune effect for 80% slow instead of increased dmg
Making PvP builds right now is pretty silly as they've said they would change around a lot of stuff for PvP. Especially regarding slows, stuns and movement impairing effects.
it is very similar to my pvp build, i just changed the runes and put Diamond Skin for some dmg mitigation and AP reduced cost but everything else is basically the same...RoF for single target dmg(specially bosses) and Comet for AoE fights
Your damage relies on AP. Theoretically you want to keep your AP depleted at all times to maximize damage. Having builds that "don't require much AP" aren't really good builds.
strategy: frost nova on group of mobs-->diamond skin-->spam meteor-->electrocute for crits and regen AP, use Archon when needed. this is my favorite build so far, please don't be so hard on me i am more of a pvp guy, it's hard to think for pve

A good aoe build.
Edit: but critical mass....ppl think it's a good passive but it's usually not. The chance is like 5% from the reports we got. Not good. Unless you have tons of crit Evocation is better, and even them...

5%? Kripp said it was about 50% when he tested it in beta.

No offense, but that pvp build is terrible.
You don't need a half dozen slows, especially when the enemy will have ranged attacks and distance closers. You are definitely going to want stuns as well.

They've stated skills will be identical in PvP. Since they have no intentions of it being an e-sport they don't give a damn about balancing. It's a place to go in, have fun, and that's it.
PvP
way too much slows they're overlapping each other. I personally would switch out RoF for some other skill.
PvE
I see that you want to spam meteor but having your only source of high dps as meteor yet running around with your only movement impairment being a 12-sec[depending on RnG] frost nova would become difficult in higher difficulties. To keep the original concept of the build I would add another source of slow. An AP spender would be okay considering all your AP support.

so if you combo this whit other players it will work fine, but i guess not if your alone.

Well then maybe you can help me with my PVE build lol http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/wizard#akZYfX!cWX!YYZaaZ

thoughts?

strategy: using time warp to slow the mobs then disintegrate them to death, using some electrocutes to regen AP and if things get ugly use Archon
since the build doesn't require much AP i was thinking of maybe dropping Energy Armor and getting something else, what do you think?
you talking about my last build? you know that's for PVE right?...
what do you think of this build then? http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/wizard#UkXYmO!cXg!aZZYcb
