Wastes WW Barbarian set paired with HF amulet (Boon of Bul'kathos or any of the other selected passives as long as the HF rolled well) and ORotZ/BoM/SG (use two best rolled and cube the 3rd ring, change as needed). Need to get that 56% CDR, after that you can roll other stats in any CDR specified area so long as you don't drop below that threshold.

Core: Movement Speed(speaks for its self) > Primary > can put some points into Vitality if you need more HP to not get 1 shot as well as get bigger heals from WW: BF. Max Resource is a bit of a waste as we shouldn't drop from 100% Fury. Ever.

Offense: CDR first since this build needs a lot of it to keep WotB up 100% > Attack Speed/CHC 2nd depending on what you need more of first if you have a decent amount of CHC go for AS, have good AS go for CHC > Last is CHD while important as we do Crit a lot with this build the other stats take priority due to their usefulness( Crit's keep you alive, AS means hitting more often and hopefully critting more often as a result)

Defense: Resist All/Armor - personal preference here as to which you go for first > Life - Bigger health pool and bigger heals from WW: BF > Life Regen - Fill with spare points.

Utility: LoH/AD/RCR are all personal preference as to what you go for first. LoH is good survival. Area Damage is good Offence. RCR is great if your finding yourself running out of rage while spinning to win. > Gold Find. Fill with spare points.

Build Guide

First thing to get is Wastes 6set and Ancient Bul-kathos weapons. Then get the rings you need, can use Kanai's Cube to upgrade rare rings once you have your ancient weapons and equip the two best rolled and cube the worst out of the three. Hellfire Amulets, use the best rolled one for any of the listed passives or Boon of Bul-Kathos(currently my best rolled HF amy has boon passive). Belt's are a personal preference usually between Chilanik's and Cassius. Bracers again, personal preference. Can use Nems for the extra champions in Grifts or DB farming in regular rifts/Bounties, can use Strong arms for extra damage from the secondary when you use Ground Stomp, Warzechian can be kind of fun to use if your speed farming a lower Torment and don't have Nem's yet or just want to go really really fast(especially when paired with Chilanik's belt).

Several ways to play this build with 3 constants, keep WotB up 100% of the time and never let Battle Rage fall off(War Cry as well if your not using Chilanik's in which case you cast it whenever it's up for the speed buff). The third thing is to try and never engage enemies with out having 10 Taeguk stacks. When ever they drop, take the time to regain them before spinning into a group of enemies or you are like to spend a lot of your time dead and wondering why that Wasp just one shot you!

Now that being said, the first way is you can opt to WW from one large group/pack of enemies to elite/champion packs and so on, then Ground Stomp to Gather and then move your mouse in small circles while using WW to kill things. The second way is to WW to elite packs while only using Ground Stomp to proc Band of Might when ever it is about to drop off and then move your mouse in small circles while using WW to kill things. The third way to kill things is to try and group enemies near a wall and then WW into the wall and melt everything around you (have tried this and it does have a learning curve to doing it correctly) due to all the tornadoes you spawn against the wall(have noticed that they can go through some walls, not sure if it's all walls or just some. Needs more testing). The fourth way is to kill everything and backtrack along a hallway as/when needed to kill everything. This isn't as efficient as the aforementioned ways to kill things with this build but it can be done.

The above is just the way's I have found to work best and not all intended as the only way to play this a WW barbarian!

Variable Skills and Passives

Ground Stomp - Can be swapped for anything that will proc Band of Might, however this is really nice to use to group enemies up. Furious Charge - Merciless Assault can be kind of nice for dashing through areas with spread out enemies. Leap - Call of Arreat/Death from Above could work as well(Leap is ncie as it allows you to cross gaps and other such areas much faster). Feel free to try any other runes to see if it may work better for you!

Whirlwind - Can't be swapped out for any other skill as it is our bread and butter however feel free to try the other runes. If you use anything other than the Blood Funnel rune I suggest getting LoH or Life per Fury Spent on one of your weapons in order to keep yourself healed up.

Ignore Pain - Don't recommend changeling this out as it is one our major sources of damage reduction. However the Runes can be changed if you feel so inclined. Ignorance is Bliss and Contempt for Weakness are good healing runes(prefer Ignorance myself). Bravado is great for when your wanting speed above all else. Iron Hide is great, especially when paired with the Pride of Cassius belt. Mob Rule is great if your running with friends and are looking to help support them.

Battle Rage - Pretty hard to replace this one as well. Flat 10% damage and 3% CHC. Runes are up for grabs though same as Ignore Pain. Ferocity for max speed. Swords to Ploughshares for healing. Into the Fray if your sticking to large clumps of enemies for even more CHC. Bloodshed for a large amount of splash/area damage every time you crit.

Wrath of the Berserker - This is our big buff skill so definitely can get rid of it. Runes are pretty difficult to change as the 50% dmg boost from Insanity is really good for this build. Striding Giants 50% damage reduction could be nice if you could make up the flat 50% damage loss. Slaughter could be interesting and may need to check that out as it's a 'chance' to cause 300% weapon damage on crit. Depends on how often that 'chance' is. Thrive on Chaos may be a good rune if you want to try a different WW rune and don't want to reroll a weapon for LoH/LoFS.

War Cry - Must have if using Chilanik's belt. Feel free to swap to something else if not. Rune's are personal preference with most going for Veteran's Warning/Impunity. Invigorate could be interesting to try out as it's a good amount of life regen and +10% max life which again increases blood funnels heals.

Rampage - This could be swapped for something else however that's 25% damage so long as your killing stuff to keep it up. Brawler may be a good offensive substitute at higher grifts due to how long things stay alive and how often we usually prefer fighting in enemies in large groups. Inspiring Presence could be a good defensive as it heals you for 3% of your max life per second and doubles the length of your shouts. Tough as Nails for defensive as well, can never go wrong with a flat 25% increased armor.

Berserker Rage - 25% Damage increase while near maximum fury. This should be up all the time and thus is not something to swap out.

Ruthless - Can swap this out for one of the above passives I mentioned or use something like Weapons Master(which I'm finding I prefer) for that additional Fury income for using a mighty weapon which can help keep Berserker Rage up 100% of the time(also helps to keep aquila cuirass buff up 100% of the time)

Superstition - A nice 20% damage reduction to all non-physical damage. can probably swap this out for another offensive passive but I like having this for when you're in a hall way with arcane beams/frozen pulse/etc all going off. Soaks up enough of it that you should be able to heal through it via blood funnel or at least enough to get out of the area. Again can use something else if you'd prefer!

Currently running grift 70 with ease with at least 10mins left(some greater rifts just run better then others)
