Create a flash of light that blinds all enemies within 20 yards for 3 seconds. Elite enemies recover faster, but suffer a 30% chance to miss with attacks.
Crippling Light
Enemies that are Blinded deal 25% reduced damage for 5 seconds after the Blind wears off.
Have an Epiphany, increasing your Spirit Regeneration per Second by 20 and enabling your melee attacks to instantly dash to your target for 15 seconds.
Soothing Mist
Imbue yourself with water, causing your abilities to heal yourself and allies within 30 yards for 16093 Life.
Heal amount is increased by 4% of your Health Globe Healing Bonus.
I've been playing zDPS monk up past GR120's, and don't get the value of Iceblink and CW Tsunami. Mobs are hitting their CC caps so quick that they are chilled / frozen for very short durations (and spend a lot of time unchilled/unfrozen), and the 10% CHC bonus from Iceblink is therefore hardly ever up. Everything around you is getting slowed and has attack speed reduction from Crippling Wave regardless of rune anyway (and from other players BotT), so the Iceblink slow effect is redundant. Why not use the Breaking Wave rune for a flat 10% damage increase to affected targets which has 100% uptime, and swap out Iceblink for Gogok for more attack speed which equals more spirit and toughness and more healing for your team, and guarantees your Inner Sanctuaries will overlap and easy 100% uptime on Epiphany. Takes the pressure of CDR rolls off your gear too.
Same with Cyclone Strike / Implosion; most of the time, you ain't budging the mob or any elite whether your pull is 24 or 34 yards because they're at their cap already, so go for Soothing Breeze (which you can spam endlessly because you have Gogok equipped...) and keep your Wizard/WD and Necro alive while they're standing in arcane beams and molten pools - far more valuable than getting maybe a couple of stragglers pulled in one time from that extra ten yards when they're coming in to the melee regardless.
My experience is that the benefits of Gogok far outweigh the benefits of Iceblink.
From the comment on 7/24, shouldnt health globe bonuses be a main attribute that you go for since you are not taking soothing breathe and soothing mist?

Hei again, have been testing some more and have to agree with spacecadet13.
Much more benefits with Gogok and CW Braking Wave.
I did the changes to spec.
CT / Implosion was a error in setup here, I was running CT / Soothing Breeze, updated.
Ty so much for inputs
