I've been working on this build for a few seasons and decided I would share my lastest build for this season.

Gear wise you can run the full six piece of invokers if you have not got the rorg or sanguinary vambraces yet. The Vambraces I like to run for pushes for extra burst damage and believe me when they go off with the votoyias mobs just get deleted.

Belt of the Trove is strictly defensive purposes only.

Chest perferably you want the heart of iron to wear and aquila in the cube because the thorns rolls on heart 100% of the time, but at the beginning you can go for the heart in the cube.

Weapons now for me it took me awhile to figure out which one was the better pick. For sure you want to be wearing the Hack is more beneficial for punish celerity and Akarat's awakening in the cube for CDR of skills.

For Gems Diamond in the helm and Amethyst in the your chest and legs, with a Topaz in the weapon slot. Legendary gems Boyarsky's chip is a must for thorns damage, Simplicity's Strength is for your punish damage and healing, and Bane of the trapped is just a must for overall damage.

There is a T13 variant which is wearing a ingeom and nemesis bracers in the cube and wearing the akarat's awakening for off hand

I am currently messing around with the stats for this build but as you can see some of them are put in but not perfected.
