Landing a Critical Hit has a chance to increase the vortex effect up to 3 stacks for a total of 315% weapon damage.

You are going to want as much Fire% and CDR as you can get. Using Epiphany will cause you to teleport to the enemies when you cast your WoL on them. This is a very fast way of farming Deaths Breaths at any time, in season or not. You will find that you can utilize this build and as long as you have all the pieces you will be able to farm on T13 easily. Just remember to keep your Sweeping winds up

Also, keep in mind, a normal Vengeful Wind with 7 stacks of sweeping winds is better than an Ancient one with only 6.
