This is my main build, it's changed a lot since my days of being a scrub but now i can outpace other classes in t13 who are double my paragon level, maybe it's just how i play or it's lucky crits, but either way this build is solid and if you use the numlock trick to keep frost nova in use all you need to do is right click, press 4 (i have my skills bound to q, w, e, and r) and left click, most/everything will die very quickly, with audacity I aim at the elite/boss and get right in their face to keep the damage bonus.

It's took me a while to piece together this build as lady luck never smiled upon me for a long time however now with this build i've managed to smash t13 grifts in under 3 minutes with the fastest being 2:14, and this build is more than capable to go beyond GR70, where you can you will need resource reduction as i use the topaz gem in the head piece and have resource reduction on shoulders - I use to have it on my old etched sigil but i found a ancient one and have vitality and life on it instead of crit restore 4ap and resource reduction yet I only ever lose the cuirass buff when i'm trying to engage 3 elites/champions at once and sometimes panic while keeping Tal rashas stacked & also avoiding anything damaging on the floor.

I don't have a socketed amulet with chc and chd so substitute any stats with sockets and vice versa, use any gems you like however i believe with tal-rashas 4 element res bonus and the esoteric gem you've got a solid defence so the other gems you can do what you like with, even the LPS healing gem put into a Roghars huge stone ring would be incredibly beneficial as this build has no life recovery besides from paragon - yet with such a high defence and resistances it's hard to get put down to low hp unless you get stuck in a stun.

I've tried using a deathwish instead of aether walker and while deathwish increases your dps tenfold you lose so much maneuverability, speed, and you also lose your escape mechanic, with aether walker you blitz through areas and can skip white trash all day until you find a shrine/pylon or a champion or elite pack, you can right click and hold down left click and you will nuke trash as you go along and as you're aggroing everything you can pull large groups who just walk right into your meteor impact zones.

I use a unity for the +elite damage as I've yet to find a decent stone of jordan, but you can replace the unity ring for the convention of elements ring, any suitable ring will suffice as the halo ring is paramount for survivability.

Obviously the more ancients/primals you have the better you'll be off and the more wiggle room you have to replace other pieces of gear with things you'd prefer, I only have a few ancients and no primals. The provided items/stats are a guideline and they're what I like as having 1mill+ hp is nice when you're in the thick of it and if for whatever reason you dip under 90% AP then you have to either land crits on a group or wait for your regeneration to kick in, if you play solo having the templar with his AP regen skill can help somewhat but if you prefer the heal then that's up to you.

About the passives, you can replace unstable with something else, i keep it there as a life saver as I use to run this build with firebirds shoulders and boots before i had an etched sigil for the 2p bonus which is pretty much the same thing except when firebirds procs it doesn't count as a death, blur can be changed if you're a mad man but I like it for the raw damage reduction it provides, again if you use unity you won't need to have blur especially if your templar has a relic which gives him block + justice lantern with block on and a good shield with block on.

Edit: I recently found a few Manald heal rings and replaced my unity ring with one which had the following stats, int, life, resource reduction, and a socket, and so i swapped out astral presence for paralysis and the stun rate is quite nice against mobs which scatter like gobs - the damage is very noticable while your meteors are on their way.

I'm paragon 694 and I prioritised Movement speed to get you to 25% cap if it's lacking anywhere which mine is as my booties lack it, arcane power to increase your wiggle room with the cuirass, the more ap you have the more you can spend before it dips and you lose the buff which is hard to do with this build unless you panic and spam right click, the rest is rather common-sense.
