OVERVIEW
This is the 2nd variant in the M6 Multishot build series. It features is the use of Ess of Johan to create density for inflicting heavy area damage. The build is equally strong and can be used with Fire:Arsenal or Physical:Broadside rune. It may be a favorite choice for stutter steppers -- in the hands of a skilled player I expect this variant to have the highest clear ceiling of all M6 Multishot builds. Focus and Restraint guarantees consistent damage buff while in motion, but the player will need to continually refresh those bonuses by alternating between their generator and spender.
Hatred regen is significantly lower than in the UE6 version -- fine tune your spender:generator ratios accordingly.

HOW TO PLAY
1. Deploy sentries around a large pack of enemies you create with Ess of Johan. Place sentries along the wall and/or map corners. This guarantees the cone of multishot hits as many targets as possible.
2. Keep your distance from enemies while shooting at them. Activate Vengeance at the end of CoE's lightning cycle.
3. Periodically shoot Evasive Fire to replenish your Hatred and maintain your F&R buff, you want to restore about 75% hatred reserved in the middle of the Convention of the Elements lightning cycle, so you can blast down elites when it changes to the physical cycle.
4. Try to herd trash around the elite to increase the area damage, if the pack moves, re-apply your sentry to enforce the slow effect.
5. When shooting at enemies you haven't damaged, expect Ess of Johan to trigger, try to use Evasive Fire for pulling enemies on screen, and Multishot to lure in off screen enemies.
6. Circle around the crowd to survive and maintain density, use vault, sparingly.
7. Skip Juggs and Illusionists elite affixes unless they can be dragged to the next trash pack.
TIPS
- If you are unsuccessful with stutter stepping, try dropping Vengeance entirely and substitute for Preparation:Focused Mind. This skill allows you to vault near endlessly. By greatly increasing your mobility, you can instead only kill large packs of trash.
POTION BLASTING (No Longer Works, Here for Historical Reference)
This build used to take advantage of potion blasts. Executing a potion blast consisted of these steps:
1. Place 5 Sentries around your target(s), preferably along walls and map corners. (all 5 must be aiming at your targets)
2. Stand within 40-50 yards of all 5 Sentries. Make sure that when you shoot a spender, you are close enough to your sentries so they shoot it too.
3. Take enemy damage. You want to be injured so that you can eventually use a potion.
4. At the very end of your CoE Lightning cycle, activate your Companion Skill (this will slow your enemies)
5. When CoE turns to the Physical cycle, shoot multishot, while holding down the trigger, wait 0.5-1 sec, then activate your potion.
